My apologies for the delayed review. Our experience at Comfort Suites Saginaw was extremely unsatisfactory. Despite the initial good service from helpful staff upon our arrival, the long-standing issue of the non-functional elevator was disappointing, especially with a toddler and newborn in tow. However, the room was nice, breakfast was great, and the breakfast hall staff were amazing. During check-in, the African American staff member efficiently charged me $309.27 for the entire stay, explaining the hotel amenities. Unfortunately, I received unauthorized charges from May 3rd to May 5th, prompting a visit to the front desk. The representatives acknowledged the error, promising a resolution by the manager. On the day of departure, an African American staff member displayed understanding, but the manager, Ms. Tina, insisted on an additional $104.25 payment. This resulted in a heated argument and even a false claim to the police. The debate lasted for 2 1/2 hours, causing significant delays. Ultimately, Ms. Tina's lack of mathematical understanding was exposed during a conversation with Navy Federal. It is crucial to note that our dissatisfaction is solely directed towards the management's unprofessional behavior, as the location itself does not reflect the high standards of Comfort Suites.
