We had no hot water in our shower for two days. I let them know Saturday morning that we had no hot water they sent no one in. I checked back when we got back Saturday afternoon. They said their maintenance guy didn’t show up nothing they could do.

Room wasn’t ready when we got there. They said it would be done in 30 minutes. We ended up waiting another hour. The room was clean and comfortable but had a broken light switch and the security lock was broken. Breakfast was good and staff were extremely friendly.

I stayed here because a loved one was in a nearby hospital and did not get here until 12 AM. The front desk had my keys, ready to go and literally took me less than two minutes to check in. If I had a complain about anything, the bed was kind of noisy whenever you moved And definitely an older mattress.

Overall, enjoyed staying here. Clean and quiet and recently upgraded with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. However being in our 70s not usually in the habit of taking cold showers and not having hot water, this being the reason for not giving 5 stars all around.
