The staff was very friendly. However our room wasn’t cleaned properly. The floors hadn’t been cleaned, there were crumbs all over, a pair of false eyelashes behind the door, one bed pillow had black dots all over it and we found a bug in bed on our second night there.

We booked a king room with a sofa bed for 3 adults, but when we arrived, there was no sofa bed in our room and the hotel was fully booked so they couldn’t move us to another room. The hotel staff brought up a rollaway bed which was extremely uncomfortable. They also did not make up the bed; they just put the sheets and blanket on the bed for us to make. When we called down for a pillow, they told us they didn’t have any left.

Check in was great. Room fantastic. Lack of cold drinks at breakfast ( no water ) was unacceptable for people who don’t drink hot beverages 😞. To be told by front desk staff to go to a water fountain was very unprofessional and bottle water should have been provided. The smell of weed by people standing in the main door area was absolutely disgusting. This facility was not our usual standard of stay at Hampton inn. Will try other hotels next time. Mary wright.

toilet didn't flush properly, water tap outside of bathroom had no water pressure, in shower the temperature gage fell off into your hand, pull out couch was awful, not enough pillows we called down for more we had to get them no one came to deliver. Breakfast, no coffee, no butter, we asked for more but it took a long time to get if it was even received. Would not recommend this location.

Breakfast was limited and not up to the usual Hampton standards, on Thursday, there was no coffee at 9a! Requested fresh towels daily, on a 4 night stay, it was only done once. When did Hampton stop making beds on a daily basis? This Hampton is an annual trip for us, no hot tub??!! Needed to utilize the office area, the computer did not work at night or the the next day, I had to go to Staples. The shower handle came off in my hand, the toilet would not flush correctly and the sink water was literally a dribble. One positive note was when we checked in, the front desk did upgrade our room, Thank you for that.

I will say i truly enjoyed the staff but we had 3 rooms. In the room my daughter occupied the curtain kept falling. In the room my sons had the toilet wasn't working and in our room the there was so toilet paper roll dispenser. So we had to keep reaching behind us to use it. The fridge didn't work, and the phone didn't work.
