Suite room was nice. Enjoyed the size especially with kids. Was missing one remote but the front desk took care as soon as I asked about it Only issue we had was the food choices at breakfast. Pancakes were rubber and the sausage was just bad. Went to Frankenmuth so the distance was close and priced well.

Stayed 3 days & 3 nights. Started out with 2 bath towels for 3 adults. Rooms were not cleaned once. Went to front desk on second evening for more towels & spoke with clerk. Was assured room would be cleaned the next day. It was not! Was pile of dirty towels & garbage when we left. Very disappointed. Spoke with clerk at check out. She assured me the manager will contact be on Wednesday, 11-16. We’ll see. Considering disputing charge through my credit card. This service (or lack of service!) is unacceptable.

We chose this hotel because it had a higher rating on hotels.com and we've stayed in ramadas before and liked them. This hotel was in a sketchy neighborhood but we thought it's okay we'll just stay inside. We get into our room and it had an old musty smell, there were stains all over the floor, blanket and pillow cases and the shower head did not work. The front office staff was nice and offered us new bedding but we will not be back.
