The place was dirty. The toilet was broken. It seemed like drug deals were going on in the parking lot. I would not recommend this place. The staff was not friendly.

The bathroom was moldy, the bed sheets were stained, one lamp didn’t have a shade over it (just an exposed light bulb), and the door chain was broken. People were partying in the parking lot and yelling outside my room past midnight. The laundry machines were broken. Overall, I felt pretty unsafe.

Room was filthy, walls an floors, doors. No toilet lid , plugs didn't work vanity light didn't work..sheets stained. Cig butts an trash under bed. Mold in tub, soap scum an nasty toilet! Stained towels an clothes . Old broken phone with no cords for "room service" Fleas, waitited 8 hours for towels, front desk kept telling me to come back in 30 mins all day Parking lot full of trash as well as every trash barrel around building .

Bed Bugs
The room smelled strong like bleach upon entering. The shower had hair on the wall. Not give enough shower towels for the amount of people we had registered to the room. The floor was sticky and instantly made our socks black and gross. Woke up ylto find bites on my child and found a bed bug walking around. The area seemed sketchy and heard gun shots several times. Was decent enough for what we wanted but now worried were taking bugs home.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING
Check in was easy and staff was pleasant enough. The room however was a NIGHTMARE. the room was filthy, walls, floors, toilet, tub... All of it! Bed was falling apart and hard, the drawers didn't stay closed on the dresser, the television didn't work....... Don't waste your time‼️

skip this hotel
this was the worst red roof we have ever stayed at ! we went thru your website and this place should of never been one of the hotels you recommend. the place was dirty. the room stank like stale cigarettes and dog and we got a supposedly non smoking room. there was a coffee maker but no pot or coffee. and ironing board but no iron. the bedspread was dirty . the outside had garbage scattered and overflowing cans. the lobby was small and offered coffee but none fresh was made in the morning. overall very bad experience there. if i owned that hotel i would be ashamed of the way it looked and the bad customer service. it does not even stand close to red roof inns reputation.

The front desk clerk Nisha was very professional and helpful! The shower and soap had been used and not cleaned out or soap replaced. The room had bugs crawling under the door entrance. Spider webs were everywhere. The room smelled like urine and the floors were dirty. I had a two night stay. Stayed one night and didn't sleep. Lost money on second night because I checked out. I will never stay there again

Yikes. Booked two rooms, both smelled like smoke, and one had visible cigarette burns on sheets and furniture. Sinks were dirty, bathroom had hair in the shower still, food and trash in drawers, missing light bulbs, blood stains on floor. At least staff was friendly and helpful.

Disgusting
Horrible!! The bed wasn’t changed and the toilet was full of waste. I requested a different room, o w that was actually cleaned, and it was the same thing. Bed full of stains and dirty linens and the bathroom was filthy. Also, large groups of people were hanging out in the parking lot doing drugs right out in the open.

Area surrounding hotel was not clean or safe, worried about leaving vehicle parked there overnight. I woke up at 3 am to a couple screaming, fighting, yelling profanity and doors slamming, etc. I was grateful that my 13 year old daughter didn’t wake up during this. I would not return to the area alone again :(
