Generally fine except for the breakfast. Coffee machine not working. Limited choice of food and drink. You are far better off to go to the bakers in the next village They are brilliant but so good as to ruin you for eating croissants and cakes in the UK

I do not recommend this hotel. after taking a shower water was all over the little shower room No service to clean up . No closet in the room A SHAME!!

Lovely hotel with good amenities
We have stayed here before and would do so again. The staff and facilities are excellent. Only negative thing was that on this occasion there was an unpleasant odour in the room. Not sure if this was caused by a new cleaning product, but it soon went with the window open.

No surprise with Ibis hotels,always good qualiy. The restaurant was excellent too. Beautiful beach very close so quiet in the morning when people are still sleeping!

A grey experience
Approaching from the St. Arnoult village, the road signage is misleading and we arrived outside a similar building which is actually a residential care home. Admittedly, the signage when approaching from Deauville is clearer. The hotel bedrooms, dining room and corridors looked depressing in battleship grey and one of the wardrobe panels in our room was broken. To its credit, the breakfast buffet was well laid out and efficiently run.

Great for a biking stop-over
As a stop-over for a couple of days on a bike trip the hotel was spot on. It is about a 15 minute walk outside of the town but in nice location with some shops close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would use again without any hesitation.

Fantastic staff - room all fine, though a little tight for space and a bit on the warm side. Staff made the difference, really friendly and helpful and food was a real joy!

A dump. Deauville itself isn't up to much either-everything closes at 9pm and the hotel is like a Borstal. Avoid at all costs

Escapade à deux Deauville. Hôtel proche de Deauville. Très bon accueil mais le reste du séjour n'a pas été de la même qualité malheureusement : - piscine pas accessible pour cause de maintenance par les jardiniers (en plein après-midi un 5 août) - chambre confortable mais très mal insonorisée (il était possible d'entendre les conversations des autres chambres et surtout la soirée bruyante d'un petit groupe) - petit déjeuner insuffisant voire dévasté à 9h du matin Tout cela est dommage pour cette enseigne habituellement plus qualitative.

Bonjour, Concernant notre séjour à l’hôtel Kyriad à Saint-Arnault, je trouve inadmissible de recommander un tel hôtel.En effet, dans la nuit de samedi à dimanche nous avons été réveillés à 04h00 du matin par un signal d’alarme incendie. Nous sommes sorties par nous-mêmes de nos chambres alors que les soi-disant réceptionnistes étaient complètement dépassés et ne savaient pas ce qui se passait et n’arrivaient même pas à communiquer.Nous nous sommes trouvés dehors sous la pluie pendant une bonne heure en attendant l'intervention despompiers qui par mesure de sécurité nous ont interdit bien évidemment l’accès à nos chambres, car semble -t-il une salle de bain avait pris feu. Ceci ne nous a pas étonné car les équipements dans cet hôtel étaient vétustes la salle d'eau est chauffée par un appareil à résistance près du plafond qu'il fallait actionner pour qu'il chauffe 7mn puis s'éteint. C'est scandaleux, nous demandons le remboursement du prix de la la nuit de samedi à dimanche. Il faudrait supprimer ce type d’hôtel dangereux de vos listes. Par ailleurs, la propreté était douteuse, des poils dans la baignoire et de traces sur les oreillers.il manquait des ampoules aux deux lampes de chevet, il manquait une étagère au placard, vétuste également....
