Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was a good size and windows offered good sound proofing against the main road. No aircon though which made it a hot night. Shower was very good

Mon séjour c est très bien passé les gérants son Super gentil ce que je peux dire c est quand on a besoin qu elle que chose il sont présents pour leur client c est un hôtel que j adore c est calme et un endroit agréable je suis toujours ravie de venir c est une gentille famille même les enfants sont gentils et généreux leur petit garçon a offert des chocolats a ma fille ce que je peux dire continuer à être comme ça auprès des clients je vais revenir vous voir normalement au mois de mai bon courage à vous

J ai passe un très bon séjour je trouve que c'est un belle endroit les propriétaires son très gentil et accueillant et il font en sorte que les clients se sente bien je voulais préciser aussi que c est des nouveaux propriétaires j ai lu certains commentaires je trouve que les gens sont pas très gentil vu quison nouveau depuis mars faite en sorte de leur laisser une chance il ont prévu de faire des travaux sa ce fait pas en un jour rénové un hôtel moi en ce qui me concerne je reviendrai a l hôtel château blanc

C'est une honte...
Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes. L'entrée tardive s'est faite correctement, nous avions les codes. Par contre à notre arrivée dans la chambre 7 au 2ème étage, c'était la déception totale. Chambre glauque et odeur pestilentielle qui nous a obligé à dormir la fenêtre ouverte pour pouvoir respirer. La salle de bain sans aération et aux couleurs douteuses ne nous a pas donné envie de nous en servir. .. Le lendemain lors de notre départ, nous avons signalé l'odeur à l'accueil, on nous a répondu qu'ils étaient au courant et que cela leur avait déjà été signalé. C'est une HONTE à notre époque d'oser louer des chambres dans cet état......
