Homely country farmhouse.
Lovely cosy farmhouse in a great location. Hot tub was a bonus. Perfect for up to 4 people, but anymore may be a tight fit if weather not good and you were not able to use the outside space. Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Saint Avit Senieur. Would recommend.

Outstanding experience in a beautifully renovated home

A lovely comfortable gite with everything our family needed
This was a lovely gite near a very pretty village. It had everything provided for a great family holiday. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were full of character. The weather was very hot during our week, so we didnt spend much time in the excellent games room. A lovely property for a great holiday at any time of year.

Wonderful gite in a lovely village
Everything you need and more for a getaway. Had alot of fun in games room and hottub was a nice way to relax in the sun. Will be booking again for next year.

Logement sympathique mais qui était indiqué climatisé et nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de ne trouver qu’une Clim portative, bien dommage que c’est la semaine de canicule avec des enfants en bas âge. La maison est dans son jus, mériterait un bon ménage en profondeur mais à le mérite de posséder pas mal de choses. Avis mitigé

A wonderful holiday in France
We had a great time in St. Avit! The region is wonderful. It feels like it doesn't matter in which direction you drive, there is always another gorgeous village with at least one great restaurant. The house is cozy and the kids had a lot of fun in the pool.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour entre amis avec nos enfants. Le gîte est parfait, très bien équipé, tout le monde a pu en profiter. Petit plus pour la salle de jeu et le jaccuzi. Le lieu est calme et très bien situé. Les animaux sont acceptés, ce qui est super!! Je recommande fortement.

Zauberhaft! Absolut empfehlenswert!
Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem sehr großzügigen Haus. Die Austattung der Küche war super. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche war sehr geräumig. Das Haus hatte eine gute Mischung aus urig und modern. Die Gegend war wundervoll. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Séjour agréable entre amis
Nous étions 8 personnes dont enfants à avoir passé un très bon moment dans cette maison. Tout y est pour l amusement et le repos. La maison est très jolie et le cadre très calme. La salle de jeux est un vrai plus que nous avons vraiment apprécié. Merci également à la propriétaire qui a été des plus charmante.

Une jolie maison au cœur de la campagne. Nous avons passé un très bon moment, la maison est agréable. Prévue pour recevoir les groupes et même les familles. Et la salle de jeux a été très appréciée. Je recommande, les hôtes sont vraiment adorables.

jolie maison
maison décorée avec gout, rien ne manque .Seuls bémols ,un radiateur sur deux fonctionne et le poele ne chauffe que la cuisine, la suite parentale est bien chauffée . Heureusement il y a deux couettes pour chaques lits,nous n avons donc pas eu froid pour dormir. Les sanitaires sont propres par contre de gros moutons sous les lits et la poussiere que l on voit meme sur les miroirs (ça ne nous a pas empecher de vivre pour autant :)) Endroit calme et agréable

Maison pour vacances gourmandes et reposantes dans le Périgord vert
Maison très agréable, meublée et décorée avec goût, avec vue sur Saint-Avit et la campagne. Bon point de départ pour visiter les Bastides. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Vacances reposantes dans une belle région
Idéalement située pour effectuer de nombreuses visites et activités dans le Périgord pourpre. Maison très bien équipée, agréable et environnement très tranquille.

gros problème avec notre voisin, qui juxtaposait notre location, un garage! il réparait dès le matin 9 heures d'anciens tracteurs, bruit d'enfer, ainsi que fumée très désagréable qui montait dans notre salle de bain, obligé de fermer la fenetre ainsi que le midi, à coté de notre table de jardin impossible de lui faire entendre, il restait sourd !!!!

Séjour des plus agréables
Nous avons passé un séjour hors saison (février) idéal. La maison est très agréable, vraiment très belle et le petit feu dans la cheminée a été apprécié. Une coupure totale avec notre quotidien et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir, sûrement en été pour profiter du jaccuzzi et de la salle de jeux.

Gite adorable dans une région magnifique. Très bien équipé et aménagé.
Cathy, bien que n'étant pas sur place, a été très prévenante. La salle de jeux a été très appréciée des ados et adultes. Nous avons pu déjeuner dehors en octobre. plein de chemins de rando passant par le gîte. Nous avons profité des couleurs d'automne, du ramassage des champignons et marrons, des villages splendides. Nous reviendrons !
