Nice family villa, sleeps 10 to 11, in the Aix countryside

Pets are accepted only if they are nice with cats.
Independent family villa of 150 m2, offering great comfort, able to accommodate up to 10 people, 7 rooms including 5 bedrooms (5 double beds, two of which are 160 x 200), two bathrooms and two WCs. Household linen is provided (tea towels, hand towels, sheets).
Situated in the heart of the Aix countryside in a quiet residential area. There is a 4000 m2 garden with children's play equipment (swings, table tennis, badminton) and a private, secure swimming pool measuring 12 x 5 m and no more than 2 m deep, with a large underwater deck (30 cm deep) for the children's enjoyment. Equipment: large flat screen TV, BBOX decoder and fibre wifi network, real wooden table football, table tennis table, badminton rackets, swings, 2 barbecues: one charcoal and one Weber gas, dishwasher, washing machine, chest freezer, 1 large fridge, microwave, oven, large shaded terraces near the swimming pool with garden furniture on the terrace and large parasol, teak garden table with chairs and private wooden terrace overlooking the large downstairs bedroom.
No parties or receptions for the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood.

Our three adorable cats live in the house and garden on their own, and generally delight the children. The villa is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The Provencal village of St Cannat is 2 km away, with all amenities (4 bakeries, 2 chemists, physiotherapists, etc.).
You'll be close to Aix-en-Provence (17km), the Lubéron (15km), Avignon (70km), the Cassis creeks and Marseille (50km). Two renowned music festivals are held in Aix-en-Provence and La Roque d' Anthéron during the summer, as well as shows in the old quarries at Rognes (5km away). Possibility of renting by the week, fortnight or more during the summer school holidays only: July, August.
No weekend rentals.
