We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Coulomb, this charming apartment crossing East-West of a surface of 31 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 16 m², an open equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a common garden of about 180 m². The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 16 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with Italian shower.
- Separate toilet.
Outside :
- An unenclosed west-facing garden shared with the other apartments and equipped with two picnic tables to enjoy the beautiful days.
The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Saint-Coulomb, in a very pleasant environment within a small dead end. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Between Saint Malo and Cancale come and enjoy the town of Saint-Coulomb, a resort site for tourists in all seasons.
