Très bon emplacement, appartement très propre. Seul bémol est la chaleur dans l'appartement mais heureusement qu'il y a la clim ! Autre point ce sont les stores qui laissent passer la lumière le matin et qui doivent être relevés complètement lorsque la fenêtre est ouverte au risque qu'elles cognent contre la fenêtre. Je recommande grandement la location !

Un beau séjour en juin
Un appartement moderne, très agréable au mois de juin, conforme aux photos et à l'information sur les équipements. Les pieds sur la plage et de nombreux trésors de la nature, de l'artisanat, de la gasrtronomie et de l'architecture à deux pas en voiture! Merci pour l'échange bienveillant avec la propriétaire et le remboursement des frais de ménage.

Vacances en famille
Nous avons passé un séjour agréable. L’appartement est très propre et rénové avec goût. Vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La communication avec les propriétaires est rapide et suivie. Seul petit bémol: lorsque l’on dort dans le salon, le soleil empêche de dormir le matin car les rideaux ne se touchent pas. La salle de bain est un peu petite mais c’est les vacances et on s’en accommode. L’agence avec laquelle on est en contact pendant le séjour est réactive. Je recommande cet appartement avec une très jolie vue sur la mer !

un très agréable séjour à Saint Cyprien plage
Un appartement très agréable au mois de juin, très bien équipé avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Baignades et bains de soleil au pied de l'immeuble et belles ballades sur la côte (villages magnifiques) et dans l'arrière pays (vergers, artisans d'art, abbayes... et les belles pyrénées!)

Ferienwohnung Cypriano
Die Wohnung hält was das Inserat verspricht. Sehr modern und hell aufgemacht. Ein paar Dinge passen jedoch nicht: -Das Bad ist sehr sehr klein. -Die Sauberkeit der Küche( Backofen, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Geschirrspüler) entsprechen nicht der Reinigungsgebühr von 100€ ! Wir haben auch bei Bezug die Wohnung nicht ausreichend gereinigt vorgefunden ( Wir mussten selbst die Grundreinigung vornehmen um die Wohnung zu bewohnen). Wir haben selbst beim verlassen durchgesaugt sowie Bad und Küche grob durchgewischt. Bei der Abnahme wurde in unserer Anwesenheit die Wohnung neu bezugsfertig gemacht und die Sauberkeit gelobt( nur das Bett wurde dabei neu bezogen ). Es wurde aber keine Endreinigung durchgeführt. Daraufhin haben wir die Vermieterin kontaktiert, doch leider zeigt sie sich sehr uneinsichtig und geht nicht auf unsere angesprochenen Probleme ein. Zudem kann die Vermieterin nur Französisch, was beispielsweise die Kommunikation mit Urlaubern anderer Regionen außerhalb von Frankreich erschwert. Trot alledem ist die Wohnung eine Empfehlung wert. Man sollte sich zu Beginn des Urlaubs direkt mit allen möglichen Problemen befassen, diese dokumentieren und der Vermietung zukommen lassen. So kann die Vermieterin im Nachhinein die Unannehmlichkeiten auch nicht mehr abstreiten.

Très bien !
Appartement avec vue magnifique, très bien équipé ! Tout est pensé pour passer un bon séjour. Peut être ajouter une clim ou des ventilateurs car il faisait très chaud et la rue est bruyante si on veut dormir les fenêtres ouvertes.

Tres bel appartement face à la mer
Le logement est équipé avec tout ce qu’il faut. Très propre , moderne , très bien équipé décoré avec soin et goût , il est agréable d’y séjourner . Le canapé est très facile à utiliser pour y dormir et confortable. Belle vue sur la mer qui permet de profiter de la plage à un pas .
