There are three air-conditioned bedrooms on this level, all with double beds, which can also be split into two single beds. There are also two shared bathrooms. The bedrooms on this floor have air conditioning, while the first floor has underfloor cooling. Outside, the farmhouse has a terrace shaded by plane trees and parasols. The outdoor area includes a plancha, charcoal barbecue and garden furniture. The property also has a secure 8 x 4 m swimming pool, which is equipped with an alarm system and is all set in beautiful, large grounds. The farmhouse is located at the exit of the village of Saint-Etienne-du-Grès in the direction of Arles.
