Clinging to the hill in the heart of Fromantica, the villa "A Furnangina" overlooks the bay of Saint-Florent offering a magnificent view of the sea and the wild hills which border it. Equipped with all modern comforts (bathroom, shower room, dishwasher, washing machine, two fridges, ...), the villa is also very pleasant to live in summer, with its large terrace under the shade of the vine, its swimming pool, and even its pétanque ground! 25 ares of wooded and fenced land surround the house. Private parking included (with automatic gate). The sea is only 500 meters on foot by a private road reserved for the inhabitants of the district. For food lovers, a large summer kitchen will welcome you, with plancha, barbecue and pizza oven.

Great home for a family vacation
We enjoyed staying in this home for a family reunion. The view is amazing and we enjoyed the pool, pétanque court, outdoor dining table, and all the amenities that were available. The house is very well situated - the beach is just a 10-minute walk down the hill, and the village of St Florent is 5 minutes by car. We highly recommend it!

Lovely villa with wonderful views
The villa was in many ways perfect for our family group. It is spacious, practical and well equipped. (The air conditioning was an added bonus in the heatwave!) The kitchen, although not large, is very well equipped and there is a choice of places to sit and eat - outside on the veranda under the grapevines near the pool or inside on the enclosed balcony/patio area. All the bedrooms were simple and spacious and nice. The pool was lovely and cool and has a stunning sun platform overlooking the sea which made us feel like we were in Hollywood! The local beach can be reached easily in about 5-10 minutes walking down but a bit longer back home up the hill. While not the most beautiful beach in Corsica it is very nice with soft sand and clear water. Our only disappointment was that we had understood we would be within walking distance of St Florent. Although technically this is true, the walk is quite long (at least 30 minutes which was challenging in the heat) so you really need a car to get into town for your morning bread or an evening visit to the lively bars. Sheets and towels and cleaning were all included in the price and we felt it was good value. Overall we all liked the villa very much and the hosts were helpful and kind. We had a lovely holiday.

Wonderful villa with beautiful views in superb location
Villa was very clean and well-equipped. Everything needed for a holiday stay was provided, and, if anything additional was needed, Monsieur Antonelli was there to help; even producing a cool box for us to borrow on our day trip out on a boat! It was lovely to have a range of different places to eat meals at the property; under the shady overhanging vines outside, or in the dining area inside, enjoying the amazing view. The pool was fabulous and kept us cool in the heat of the day. The walk to the beautiful beach - less than 10 minutes - was pleasant and safe (off-road). Saint Florent is a wonderful place to visit, full of lovely shops, bars and restaurants. We enjoyed water sports down at the beach, days out to Saleccia and to Calvi, a fantastic 3 hour horse-riding experience as well as plenty of time relaxing round the pool at the villa. Great choice of holiday. Hosts were helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Great family villa in a fabulous location , close to the beach and easy access to the lovely town of Saint Florent with its numerous restaurants. The villa is very well equipped, the views are fantastic and we all fell in love with Corsica!

Magnificent base for a cycling vacation
Well equipped and a well situated base for a one week cycling vacation in the hilly northern Corsica. Cooling pool, a 10 minutes walk to the sandy beach and a stunning view over the bay of Saint Florent. Recommendable/Pauli.

Très belle maison avec une magnifique vue sur la baie de St Florent
Propriétaires très sympas très compréhensifs. Très bon accueil. Maison très bien équipée très propre très bien située. On peut aller à la plage à pied 10min Piscine avec une vue magnifique. Nous étions 11 personnes et nous n avons pas manqué de place à part dans la cuisine où il manque un peu de plan de travail pour cuisiner. La cuisine est super bien équipée ce qui est très rare!!! 2 grands frigos une très grande table sous une treille très agréable, véranda avec la vue sur la mer plancha barbecue…. Je recommande sans hésitation

Superbe sejour
Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette maison parfaitement adaptée. Nous étions 3 couples avec deux enfants chacun. Tous les espaces sont bien pensés pour que chacun puisse profiter. La vue est sublime et l'accès à la plage à pied est très appréciable. L'accueil est chaleureux et la disponibilité totale. C'était la 2e fois que nous venions, et c'est toujours un plaisir ! Merci beaucoup.

Magnifique séjour dans un super cadre
La maison est très spacieuse et comprend de nombreux points forts (piscine, grill, jeux pour enfants, de nombreuses chambres et salles de bain, climatisation, coin repas sous les vignes,…). L’emplacement est calme et bien situé (15 minutes de marche jusqu’à la plage). La plage est d’ailleurs très belle et idéale pour les enfants (descend très doucement). La communication avec les gérants et responsables était très facile. On était 6 adultes et 4 enfants et on a adoré ! On y retournera sans hésitations !!! On recommande

Semaine en famille à Saint Florent
La maison est située idéalement sur les hauteurs de la baie de Saint Florent. Vue magnifique sur la baie. Grande maison très fonctionnelle. Grande piscine très agréable avec vue . Accès facile. La mer est à 10- 15 min à pieds ( Le retour monte ). Grande table sous la tonnelle de vigne à côté de la piscine. Très sympa pour les repas que nous prenions a 11 le soir. Bref, c’est le paradis !

Excellente situation
Bonne communication avec la propriétaire. Accueil sympathique. Maison agréable sur les hauteurs de la baie de St Florent dans un quartier résidentiel, tranquillité et confort. Accès pédestre direct à la plage de la Roya ainsi qu'aux Agriates. Matériel suffisant. Wifi, télé, jeux, livres.... Petit bémol sur les extérieurs: manque d'entretien de la plancha et du barbecue ainsi que des contours de la maison, piscine inutilisable (eau verte). A recommander malgré ces petits désagréments.

Superbe maison avec une vue de rêve sur la baie de Saint-Florent
Nous étions 7 séniors , la maison est très agréable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour , rien ne manque , les couchages sont très bons ( les chambres grandes et les salles de bain et d'eau confortables) Quel régal de prendre ses petits déjeuners avec la vue du golfe de Saint Florent . Le trajet de la villa vers la ville par la plage à pieds est agréable avec un acces sur la plage aisé

Veraltet, kaputt oder schmutzig
Eine flüchtige Tour durch einen lokalen Agenten, dann entdecken Sie das Haus. Schließen Sie zuerst das elektrische Gartentor: Oh, arbeiten Sie nicht. Außenbeleuchtung an: Die Hälfte funktioniert nicht. Kaffee kochen: Maschine hatte noch alten Kaffee drin. Füllen der Thermoskanne: noch mit altem Kaffee gefüllt. Schmutzige Gläser und Becher im Porzellanschrank. Spinnennetze und Netze von 50 cm hängen von der Decke. Schiebetüren verriegeln: Kein Türschloss funktioniert. Wir wissen, dass es veraltet ist, aber die oben genannten Dinge sollten in Ordnung sein, bevor Sie Ihr Haus vermieten und Ihnen auch die Reinigung in Rechnung stellen. 1 Klimaanlage pro Etage zu wenig, um alle Räume zu kühlen. Es ist ein wirklich schöner Ort, aber das Objekt selbst muss während der Wartung grundlegend überarbeitet werden.
