Staff were lovely and very welcoming and accommodating. The bar was perfect for a refreshing island cocktail shortly after arriving. We very much enjoyed the surrounding area - it was nice to find a charming little coffee shop/bakery very close by. There is a lovely little fruit & veg market around the corner from the hotel were we picked up some local fruit for our travels. Within a few minutes drive there are some very nice dining options. The room was quite comfortable. We were very happy with everything.

Lovely French West Indies- plenty to see and do
Great hotel conveniently located in Saint Francois. Nice pool, excellent breakfast buffet, cozy convivial bar on premises. Walking distance to local shops, port, market, island ferries, great restaurants, golf, rental cars, and Raisins Clairs beach. Staff very helpful but you will definitely need to brush up on your French- very little English spoken here. Recommend rental car for sightseeing at least one day. Trip to the end of the peninsula at Pointe des Chateaux is not to be missed. Also highly recommend a day trip to at least one of the islands. No local money exchange- bring plenty of euros or your Visa card. No shortage of fresh-baked baguettes here!

A very nice hotel overall, very close to shops, local marina and activities. The rooms are a bit minimalist, (not much places to put things), but ok. The bathroom was a mix of new sink and toilet, with an old shower and bath with rust on its side? The service you get depends on who is on duty. Some of the staff were great, others looked liked they just couldn't be bothered, very strange? Breakfast was great, the pool is great, and overall, a nice hotel. ps. Recommend the BBQ Donut Hire at the marina, great day out.

A decent place to stay.
The hotel was well situated near some of the best restaurants in St. Francois. The staff were, for the most part, very friendly and accommodating. The lobby is nicely designed though the rooms and hallways were a utilitarian, verging on austere. That said, I slept well and it was quiet at night. The included breakfast was well-executed with, again, friendly staff. Overall, a decent, clean, solid place to stay.

The hotel is overall nice. The standard of the room was excellent. However the breakfast was average - very little fruit and there was little choice. Furthermore the price for WIFI is ridiculous high - which for me is a big minus considering what the hotel actually pay for internet themselves. The lobby, restaurant and relax area is very nice however the pool area is average.
