The apartment RACOON REVEUR is located in the residence Crystal beach, built on the beach of Raisins clear.

It has been completely renovated and furnished to new in August 2017.
Its terrace on the first floor overlooks the Caribbean Sea, 15 meters from the lagoon. You will be able to fall asleep lulled by the rhythm of the waves and wake up with a panoramic sea view at 180 ° on Marie-Galante and the Pointe des Châteaux. The residence has two swimming pools, one for children and one for adults and direct access to the beach of clear grapes very famous in Guadeloupe. Guadeloupe paradise
The description of the property was mostly accurate with several minor exceptions: the “adult” pool is very small and crowded for such a large complex and on occasion the island (and this property) experience temporary water shortages. While this affected us minimally, it is worth noting for anyone intending to visit. Otherwise this is a wonderful property. It is very clean, well maintained and has all of the necessities including an espresso maker, washing machine, iron, beach chairs, a cooler and playpen. The kitchen is very well equipped and the view is spectacular. The WiFi is excellent. There is a boulangerie/patisserie at the property entrance as well as several restaurants and a well equipped mini market. Above all, the property manager Veronika was most accommodating and helpful. In that we speak very little French, she assisted us with a variety of issues such as best beaches, restaurants and how to operate some of the appliances. We highly recommend this property.

A pearl!
The apartment is in a protected, quiet residential park. The apartment is absolutely on the beach with fantastic panoramic views. The apartment is equipped with everything, really everything. Unfortunately, the beach has to go further. Veronika was a nice contact in all things. Special thanks to him! I recommend the apartment to everyone but a car hire is required. We rested very well in the 15 days, it was a complete relaxation. We will certainly return! Az apartman egy védett, nyugodt lakóparkban van. A lakás abszolut a tengerparton, fantasztikus panorámával. A lakás mindennel, tényleg mindennel felszerelt. Sajnos a strandoláshoz odébb kell menni. Veronika egy kedves mindenben segítő kontakt volt. Külön köszönjük Neki! Az apartmant mindenkinek ajánlom, de bérautó szükséges. Nagyon jól pihentünk a 15 nap alatt, teljes kikapcsolódás volt. Biztosan visszatérünk! Byt se nachází v chráněném, klidném rezidenčním parku. Byt je naprosto na pláži s fantastickým panoramatickým výhledem. Byt je vybaven všemi, opravdu všechno. Bohužel pláž musí jít dále. Veronika byla ve všech věcech pěkný kontakt. Zvláštní poděkování! Doporučuji apartmán všem, ale je zapotřebí pronájem automobilu. V 15 dnech jsme si odpočinuli velmi dobře, byla to naprostá relaxace. Určitě se vrátíme!

A wonderful stay
We loved the newly renovated apt. Location at the Crystal Beach résidences is perfect. Just a short and lovely walk to the Raisin Clair. Beach. Views overlooking the beach and surf were stunning every day. Veronika was a joy to deal with. My wife and I just love Saint François and can’t wait to return to this lovely apt.

Oceanfront great location with community lap pool (54 ft) and children's round pool- beach in front of unit not as usable as 200 yards to East public beach or 600 yards to west at Manganao Hotel which is protected by reef but can be walked to on beach-the 2 a/c units keep both bedrooms and living room comfortable but seaside kitchen and bathroom are not cooled so the heat and humidity have to be gotten used to-fantastic French bakery at entrance to development with fresh breads pastries every day except Monday-quiet gated development with easy access to town-some portable beach chairs and beach mat would enhance ease of enjoying on site beach and others on this beautiful island- Veronika first class host with great restaurant and activity suggestions- We'll return for sure

recommandations
Le condo est super bien équipé et Veronika est excellente et toujours disponible à aider. La localisation est directement sur la plage mais il faut savoir que l'on ne neut se baigner en face à cause des coraux. Aussi au moment ou nous y étions ( 5 semaines) les sargasses étaient abondantes sur la plage à proximité ce qui limitait la baignade à cet endroit. Il faut savoir que l'eau du robinet n'est pas potable et qu'il y a risque de disette d'eau à cause de la vétusté du système d'aqueduc. La proprio et VRBO devraient mentionner ces inconvénients dans la rubrique d'information. Malgré la beauté des lieux et l 'efficacité de Veronika notre apréciation est mixte. Brigitte et André

Location pieds dans le sable,un petit bémol cependant ,la baignade n est pas possible à cet endroit à cause des coraux. Très bel appartement bien équipé. Piscine dans la résidence, boulangerie et épicerie à la porte. Quelques soucis avec l eau sont possible en période de manque de pluie. Mais il y a une citerne de secours. Bref à recommander pour de bonnes vacances.

Tolle Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Meerblick
Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben direkt am Meer mit wunderschönem Blick beim Frühstück und Meeresrauschen beim einschlafen. Es ist alles neuwertig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die gesamte ruhige Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Es gibt einen supertollen Bäcker und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Veronica hat sich gut gekümmert und war immer für uns ansprechbar. Man konnte sich gut mit Ihr in Englisch verständigen. Selbst ein späterer Checkout war möglich. Wir haben unseren Aufenhalt sehr genossen.

Un bel appartement dans un emplacement de rêve
L'appartement est très spacieux et la vue splendide sur la mer. L’accueil a été chaleureux par Patriiza qui nous attendait à notre arrivée. Seul Bémol, les coupures d'eau pendant 3 soirées, mal récurrent en Guadeloupe ,qui gâchent un peu le plaisir
