La Tanière, piscine et 300m de la mer
Superb villa with a 12x4m heated pool. 600m from the beach and 300m from the city center. The ideal place for those who enjoy their holidays cycling and walking with paths also near. The house has 6 bedrooms and will easily host up to 11 persons who, depending on the seasons, will benefit from the pool or the chimney. Large opened kitchen, every bedroom has cupboards, notwithstanding the big terrasse that will also be used as a solarium. The garage is not accesible to guests. Beddings and linens included in the cleaning fare.
The pool is heated from mid April to end of September, exact dates will depend from years and outside temperatures. According to your booking channel, a tourism tax may be added to your quote. It will be a pleasure to share the comfort and exceptional location of the Lair.
