- The primary rental guest must sign a contract with the drivers' names at least 10 days before the stay, so security passes can be ordered for your party members who will be driving onto the island.
- Resort access and Amenity Cards must be purchased at least 10 days before the stay.
- We are a NON-PET rental. Please don't book our house if you intend to bring a pet.
- Minimum age requirement of 25 years or older to rent the property.
- $295 cleaning and linen fee.
