Nothing bad to say on the hotel quality or staff, but it is located 20ft from the highway, the noise is crazy loud, and it is very difficult to sleep in the room if you are on the wrong side of the hotel (which we were). We managed to fall asleep (out of pure exhaustion I'm guessing) But this makes for a crazy restless sleep and we were all very tired when we all woke up. I would not recommend to anyone but people who can sleep through anything.

Staff was super friendly. Brakfast was plentiful and tasty. Pool was warm and grand kids really enjoyed it. Easy access from trans canada and close to a mini mall, gas and tim hortons. Would for sure stay there again.

The registration agent was excellent. The hotel being in Montreal, I didn’t expect for the agent to speak English, so I thought I would have to struggle through registration, but I heard him speaking English to the prior guest and was immediately at ease. The registration was flawless, the room was comfortable; we got everything we needed and breakfast was great. All in all, it was a great experience.

Best hotel of our cross country trip
We’ve stayed in a number of hotels across three provinces in this trip, and this hotel is number one. It was spotlessly clean, the suite was spacious, the staff were helpful (and spoke good English), and the breakfast options were great. Our room was on the highway side and while there was some road noise, it was easy to sleep with ear plugs (I am a very light sleeper). There was a white noise machine in the room if guests wanted to use it to help with sleep - I loved this thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this location!

Overall, I would like to express my gratitude for a pleasant stay. The experience was mostly positive, and I would recommend the establishment. However, there are a few areas that could benefit from improvement. The cleanliness of the room, particularly the bathroom, could be enhanced. I noticed some cobwebs and the floor appeared to require thorough mopping. While the majority of the staff was friendly and accommodating, there was one unpleasant encounter with a receptionist, who happened to be an elderly lady. The food was generally satisfactory, but I believe the pool area needs attention. The floor was extremely slippery, which resulted in an unfortunate accident involving one of our children. They slipped and fell while simply taking a step, without running or engaging in any rough play. The pool area felt rather slimy. Despite these concerns, I would consider staying at the establishment again if I were in the area.
