REPAIRS ARE COMPLETE AND WE ARE READY TO RENT!!! Newly renovated cottage with rustic charm. Overlook the mangroves and canal as you fish from your dock. Quick boat access to Sanibel, Captiva and Cayo Costa beaches. Old Florida feel of St James City. Keep your boat at your private dock or ask about our 10,000 lbs boat lift. Community pool should be reopening 1/23.

Exactly what we wanted
The house was wonderful. Listing was accurate and property was Located at the end of the road with canal access. Location is good for the center of the island. We had friends in bokeelia so we were back and forth every day to go on the boat with them. But wasn’t a bad trip back and forth was like 10 mins each way. Definitely would go back and stay again
