Located in a closed wood of 20,000 m², contemporary house composed of a ground floor of 100 m² with: fitted kitchen open to living room (45 m²) with fireplace, 3 bedrooms each with 1 bed 140, 1 dressing room and 1 sink, 1 bathroom water with Italian shower, separate WC. The floor of 80 m² includes: 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140 each, 1 dressing room, a dormitory with 5 beds of 90, a bathroom with Italian shower and WC. In the basement, WC and a games room of 70m2 equipped with an adult pool table, a children's pool table, an adult table football, a child table football and a ping-pong table. (Plan to bring your snowshoes). Outside: tennis court.

The rental price includes electricity, water and gas heating, wood and internet for stays of less than 4 nights. From 4 nights: gas heating is extra and payable directly to the owner on site.
Rental of sheets: 10 euros per bed. Laundry service at an additional cost for companies.
Cleaning fee 120€ obligatory in addition. Rental of sheets in supplement 10€ per single or double bed.
Towel rental €60 extra.
