Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 170 m² lakeside gîte for rent in Saint-Jean-Saint-Maurice-sur-Loire, which can accommodate up to 15 guests. It has a lovely living room opening onto a veranda, an open, fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a garden of around 4,000 m². Sheets included, towels not provided, we're waiting for you !

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee machine, etc.
- A lounge with a double sofa bed, opening onto a large veranda.
- Bedroom 1, "Grain d'Orge": a double bed and en-suite shower room with WC
- Bedroom 2, "Tournesol": a queen-size bed and a mezzanine with a double bed and a single bed, as well as an en-suite shower room with WC, access to the terrace with views over the Loire.
- A veranda of around 20 m², which can be used as a dining room or games room, with views over the Loire.

First floor:
- A 25 m² lounge/library with double sofa bed
- Bedroom 3: "Tilleul": two single beds that can be brought together to make a double bed and an en-suite shower room with WC
- Bedroom 4: "Lotus": two single beds that can be brought together to make a double bed and en-suite shower room with WC.

Outside:
- A 35 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A beautiful south-facing garden of 4,000 m² with sun loungers and views of the lake below.
- A private path leading to a lakeside beach, accessible directly from the garden.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Jean-Saint-Maurice-sur-Loire, in very pleasant surroundings. Restaurants, supermarkets and other shops are just 10 km from the village.

Neighbourhood :
A veritable "end of the world" where nature, silence and zenitude reign, come and discover the village of Saint-Jean-Saint-Maurice-sur-Loire, voted "Most beautiful village in the Loire" in 2023, thanks in particular to its exceptional views. The village boasts a rich heritage of historic monuments, including an ancient medieval keep, castle walls and a sundial house. The village also boasts a number of arts and crafts and is now part of the "Wine Route".

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 12 vehicles.

For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Roanne 17 km away (about 25 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: St-Etienne 65 km (about 50 minutes by car); Lyon Saint-Exupéry 138 km (about 1? hours by car).

environnement exceptionnel
hote tres accueillant avec qui nous avons evoque tres librement les améliorations a apporter (rangement, ustensiles de cuisine...). le site est superbe et le gite agreable si on n est pas trop nombreux (max 12) et qu'il fait beau.
