The Touristes apartment (in reference to the owner's grandmother's café which was called Les Touristes) is located in the village of St Joachim, in the heart of the Brière Regional Park, 1 km from the famous Michelin-starred restaurant La Mare aux Oiseaux and approximately 18 km from Guérande, La Baule and the beaches.
It is located on the 1st floor of a family house completely renovated in 2022 (owners' flower shop on the ground floor). A private parking space in front of the house and free public parking approximately 700 m away.
1st floor: living room with open kitchen, shower room and separate toilet.
2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (1: 140x190 bed and adjoining shower room, 2: 2 twin 90x200 beds, 3: 2 90x200 beds) and 1 separate toilet.
Additional equipment: wifi, tumble dryer, baby bed/chair.
Included: sheets.
Not included: electricity, electric heating and towels.
Possibility of extra bed on request.
