Exceptional location!

Located in a quiet residence, this house awaits you for a dream holiday whatever the season.
In summer you can enjoy the municipal beach whose entrance is only a hundred meters away!
This beach is perfect for young and old (paddling pool, children’s games, 3m and 5m diving board, petanque and beach volleyball courts...).
Health trails at 300m, lakeside walks, bike paths that make the tour of the lake, you will not fall out of your worries!

Housing:
It is a terraced house on two levels in a condominium with parking, so no parking concern.
The ground floor consists of a living room with open kitchen, separate toilet and a small room for one person, with its attached bathroom equipped with a shower. Through the bay window of the living room you will access the terrace and the garden.
Upstairs you will find the master suite with double bed and a very large balcony, a second bedroom with double bed, a large bathroom with bath and separate toilet.
The house is equipped with 2 air conditioning (living room and master suite), TV and internet.
It also has washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, raclette machine...
Linen will be provided for your stay.
Non-smoking home, pets are not allowed.

Arrivals are between 4pm and 9pm, possibility to arrive earlier if the house is free. In case of late arrival (after 9pm) an additional €20 will be given to your concierge.
Departures are at 10:00 maximum.

Pflege mangelhaft, ansonsten gut.
Die Wohnung ist abgewohnt. Als wir ankamen war die Wohnung gerade gewischt, kalt und es zeigte sich sofort die mangelnde Instandhaltung. Warum hat man nach dem Wischen nicht einfach schon mal die Fußbodenheizung eingeschaltet? Irgendwie funktionierte das Wesentliche zwar, aber lose Tollenpapierhalter, eingeschlagene Innentür, Plastikabdeckung auf dem Tresen, fehlende bzw. Defekte Beleuchtung insbesondere im Bad, ….und richtige Dreck überall, wo man nicht mit dem Staubsauger ohne Weiteres rankommt zeigte den wichtigen ersten Eindruck. Schade, denn die Lage ist gut, die Küchenausstattung ist komplett
