Marie-Joseph & Bernard open the doors of a delightful authentic traditional farmhouse with character from the 19th century, carefully restored & rehabilitated into a peaceful holiday resort, peacefully located in the heart of the Brionnaise & Charolais countryside, in the heart of a typical mini rural hamlet, on the road leading to the village (located only 1 km). Magnificent preserved rural setting, nestled in the hollow of a vast bucolic "open" plateau of hilly bocage - offering various superb "panoramic belvederes", particularly at setting sun - nestled at the foot of the "Vaux hill", flanked by its unusual " mini vineyard" (local particularity), dominated at its summit by an elegant 17th century castle. Splendid panorama & surrounding landscape. Totally soothing, rejuvenating & relaxing. A stone's throw from the picturesque little village of Saint-Julien-de-Civry with its notable heritage (listed Romanesque church from the 12th century, old water mills, typical farms, washhouse, etc.), a few shops and a pétanque & city-stade (for basketball, football & other ball games). Comfortable cottage. Very spacious. Warm country style, a bit vintage. Soft & exotic atmosphere.
