Absolute calm in the middle of the hilly countryside, nestled in the heart of a peaceful little typical rural hamlet nestled in a balcony, on the south-west facing hillside, on the hill of Vaulx flanked by an unusual "mini vineyard" and dominated by an elegant 17th century castle. Magnificent preserved country setting nestled in the hollow of the sublime and sumptuous Brionnais bocage, stretching out as far as the eye can see. Sumptuous panorama & landscapes. 100% soothing & relaxing setting and site, not far from the center of the picturesque little town of Saint-Julien-de-Civry, rich in notable heritage like many panoramic viewpoints of choice. Very comfortable cottage. Ultra spacious. Exceptional living room of 86m² fitted out in the old stables. Warm country character enhanced by careful heritage restoration (preservation of rich traces of the past: stone walls, beams, stone manger transformed into a basin, etc.).
