Gîte located in the village of Mézérac, in the heart of the Brière park and 12 km from Guérande. The cottage is close to the owner's artisanal dairy and the farm. Enclosed garden (height 80 cm) of 200 m² with terrace.
Ground floor: living room/living room (insert fireplace) with open kitchen, bathroom, separate WC.
Floor: 3 bedrooms (1: 1 140x190 bed, 2: 2 90x190 beds, 3: 1 120x190 bed and 1 90x190 bed), relaxation area on the landing.
Additional equipment: freezer, radio, Internet access.
Not included: electric heating, electricity, sheets, towels/household linen and wood (a free wheelbarrow) and tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning fee for professional customers (€65). Animals: deposit 100€.

Tout simplement parfait
Proche de tout géographiquement, le gîte en lui même est totalement conforme à l’annonce, sans mauvaise surprise, niveau hygiène/propreté c’est un 10 sur 10, l’accueil est chaleureux et vraiment agréable, je recommande vivement, pour qui veut visiter la région vous êtes au cœur de tout :)
