Logement très fonctionnel. Propreté des lieux, très bien placé.
Cet appartement est idéal pour un court séjour. Très bien placé. Et le coucher de soleil sur la mer à la sortie de l'immeuble, vraiment chouette.🙂 La voiture a peu servi. Tout à pied et quel spectacle, d'un côté comme de l'autre. Merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil et toute l'attention qu'elle porte à son appartement. Ce n'est pas le cas partout. En résumé, il est fort possible que nous y revenions. 🙂

Un accueil avec le sourire, agréable, une location parfaite et même en cette période de l'année on ne se prive d'aucune promenade tellement Paramé et la région sont agréables. J'ai tellement apprécié Paramé et cette location que j'y reviens en 2023 !

Das Appartment zeichnet sich durch seine hervorragende Lage aus. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Es entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend und wirklich nett. Einzig nicht so schön ist die doch recht nervige Parkplatzsuche, obwohl wir als Großstädter da nicht wirklich anspruchsvoll sind.

Logement fonctionnel , propre, il y a tout se qu'il faut très bien équipé. Propriétaire très sympathique et accueillante. Bus juste derrière qui va à intra muros ou Cancale très pratique pour ne pas bouger sa voiture ( un peu juste en place de stationnement) Nous avons passée un très bon séjour 😃

N hésitez pas à réserver vous serez conquis !!! Location hyper bien placée, les vagues à vos pieds , les mouettes vous accueillerons de leur plus belle mélodie... Tout à proximité, ST MALO CANCALE DINARD LE MONT ST MICHEL , nous y reviendrons pour continuer la visite.... Dominique est très accueillante , souriante, pleine de bienveillance, c est si rare de nos jours. Nous avons passé un super séjour !!!

Die Wohnung liegt ganz gut im Ortsteil Parame direkt am Strand.Die Ausstattung ist ganz nett und es ist das Wichtigste vorhanden. Wenn man etwas kochen möchte, muss man allerdings sämtliche Gewürze mitbringen, da in der Wohnung nichts vorhanden ist. Da kein Parkplatz zur Wohnung gehört, muss man schon etwas länger suchen, bis man eine Parkmöglichkeiten findet. Der Balkon ist sehr klein und geht nach hinten raus zum Parkplatz. Das sah auf dem Bild doch irgendwie schöner aus. Da es auf dem Balkon keinen Tisch gab, konnte man leider nicht draußen essen. Nachts ist es durch den Verkehr recht laut.

Urlaub wenige Schritte vom Strand!
Das Apartment war äußerst gepflegt, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der kleine Balkon lädt zum abendlichen Gläschen Wein ein. Die Vermieterin war äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert. Zum Strand und Meer ca 30 Meter! Bäckerei und kleiner Lebensmittelladen in der Nähe. Parken ist schwierig, aber man findet etwas in den umliegenden Straßen. Es war ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt!

Appartement très bien situé. Le bord de mer est très agréable pour les promenades, idéal pour les animaux et les sportifs. La vieille ville est à 40 min à pied et nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une météo clémente qui nous a permis de profiter de la région. Merci encore à Dominique pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.
