Bed linen and towels are included, so we're just waiting for you.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Neighbourhood and activities :
- On leaving the co-ownership building, you're just a short walk from the seafront.
- Between the Sillon and Rocabey districts, you're just a short walk from the large Sillon beach.
- And a 10-minute walk from the Intra-Muros historic centre, or from the Palais des Congrès and the Espace Duguay Trouin if you're coming for work.
- There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance, such as the Dock on the quayside, a bar-restaurant that often has a great atmosphere during concerts or matches. A loft atmosphere in this industrially decorated building
- La Cabane sur les quais offers a seafood buffet.
- Tombelaine Coquillage offers the best seafood platters to take away.
- Intra-Muros or on the chaussée du sillon, there are numerous restaurants, some of which are right on the seafront.

All the basics and comfort
Comfortable flat just across the street from the corniche to the beach. An easy 25 minute walk into Intra-Muros, but you have grocery, boulangerie, etc a close walk as well. The space is quaint and comfortable.
