Best rental house ever!
The house was unbelievably clean. It was decorated very tastefully. It was not cluttered with the owner's belongings. The location was perfect; the beach was right across the street. The hosts were wonderful, kind people. I cannot say enough about this property and the people who own it. It was perfect in every way!! Thank you. Lisa

Papou
We fell in love with Normandy and its people. The house is in a great location if you enjoy the sea and some solitude, but a short 10 minute car ride to St. Mere Eglise for everything you need. Easy drive to all of the D-Day things you'll want to visit. The owners, Claudine and Gilbert (Papou) really made us feel at home. We'll be back!

Very pleasant hostess. Property is Just across the road from the beach. Kitchen facilities good. Although we didn’t use - we liked the fact that washing machine was available. Contract is provided only in French and television is only available in French. WiFi provided. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Very fine house with a beautiful seaview
Very fine house and lovely people. We stayed there for the third time and we will certainly come back next year. It's a perfect Place if you love a quiet area. You need a car. The nearest bigger supermarket is 10 km away in St mére Englise. There is also a nice restaurant. A very little supermarket is 4 km away. We went there in June. We were alone on the beach. For us perfect. We had again a lovely week.

Vacances à saint marcouf
Les propriétaires sont charmants et accueillants. Le gîte est agréable et fonctionnel. L'emplacement face à la mer est un énorme plus. Seulement la rue à traverser.

Geweldige locatie en verblijf
Er ontbrak niets aan ons verblijf. We kregen een hartelijk ontvangst en ondanks dat wij geen Frans spreken deden de verhuurders heel erg hun best om met ons te communiceren. Ze zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bij aankomst kregen we een map met informatie over de omgeving en het huis, waar zelfs een Engelse vertaling bij stond. De locatie is heerllijk, vanaf het dakterras zeezicht en een rustig strand voor de deur. Is het een dagje kouder, geen probleem, want het is een goed uitgerust en schoon huis. Lekkere banken, grote eetkamertafel, zeer goed uitgeruste keuken en goede bedden. We hebben vanaf het huis veel ondernomen, zoals musea, vuurtoren en stadjes bezocht. Grote supermarkt is met de auto goed bereikbaar. Ondanks dat we maar 1 keer naar hetzelfde locatie toe gaan, willen we heel graag terug.

Perfekte Lage und eine wirklich große Wohnung
Wer Ruhe und die Nähe zum Strand sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Das Ferienhaus ist groß und gemütlich, der Strand nur einen kleinen Sprung über die Straße entfernt. Claudine und ihr Mann sind super nett und freundlich, trotz Sprachbarriere. Bedenken sollte man nur, dass es direkt im Ort keine Möglichkeit gibt Lebensmittel zu kaufen. Wir komme sicher irgendwann wieder. Dann mit besseren Französischkenntnissen. Claudine, merci pour ces deux belles semaines !

Das Ehepaar, welches das Ferienhaus vermietet hat, war sehr nett ! Der Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse aus ist wunderbar. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und das Meer liegt vor der Tür, perfekt !

Haus ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, leider etwas Sammelsorium(Gläser u. Geschirr u.s.w.). Toiletten sehr beengt und in die Jahre gekommen, gerade das im OG. Auch die Aussenanlage und die sehr schöne Terasse bräuchten etwas Pflege. Lage Top und die Vermieterin sehr nett. Schöne Zeit dort gehabt.

Ereignisreicher Urlaub
Sehr netter Kontakt mit Familie Ribet trotz Sprachbarrieren. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Sehr sauber. Direkt am Meer, nur durch eine kaum befahrene Straße getrennt. Zwei Parkplätze sind im Hof vorhanden. Geschichtlich eine sehr interessante Gegend. Es gibt viel zu sehen und zu erkunden. Das Haus selbst befindet sich in einem kleinen Dorf. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 15 km entfernt. Aber im Nachbarort gibt es Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Gaststätte. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Le gîte est agréable et propre. Petite vue sur la mer, mais il n'y a que la route à traverser pour profiter des embruns. La situation du gîte nous a permis de profiter de nombreuses activités dans un rayon proche. Bon sejour en général grande discrétion des propriétaires.

Le logement est vaste et bien situé pour découvrir le val de Saire, les nombreux musées du DDay et la magnifique côte qui jalonne avec bonheur cette region
