Small sheepfold with fenced garden planted with trees, not overlooked. Private swimming pool and barbecue area. In the main room, 1 lounge/dining room and a separate kitchen. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms of which 1 are equipped with 1 bed of 160 x 195 cm and in the other 1 bed of 140 x 195 cm. In the hall; the entrance of the bedrooms, 1 single bed. The house is equipped with TV, DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Internet with free access. Outside, garden table and chairs, deckchairs. The swimming pool is sunny from 11.00a.m to the end of the afternoon. If necessary, there is an enclosed private parking.

Nice home with 2 little remarks, namely the fireplace and swimming pool.
The fireplace could not be used. The filtration of the swimming pool was only on in the morning. Therefore it was not Cleary clean. At the end of our holiday the technician made the swimming pool clean, and de filtration on going. This was late, we liked to have a clean swimming pool in the earlier days of our holiday. We asked for it, but the cleaning was 1 day earlier then respected.

Relaxing week, in a lovely house
We had an enjoyable week staying here, the house is in a great location for access to the Pic saint Loup area, also to make a day trip to Montpellier. The house is even better than it looks in the pictures, especially the sitting room which is very comfortable. It was very clean and all equipment we needed was available. A special mention for the pool which is lovely and was very well used in the hot weather.

appréciations sur location st mathieu de tréviers
n'ayant pas encore louer ce gite c'est avec un peu de réticence que nous avions lors de notre arrivée mais une grande surprise nous y attendais cette location a tout pour plaire spacieuse très bien tenue nous avons étés conquis par le jardin la piscine le coin repas a coté du jardin et le tout pour un prix résonnable le moins cher que nous avions trouvé sur internet c'est pour toute cette beauté qu en décembre nous réservions pour cette année afin d'étre les premiers nous remercions la personne qui s'occupe de cette maison pour sa gentillesse et son amabilité il nous tarde de venir cet été pour passer de bonnes vacances a st mathieu 15 jours cette année voilà je pense m'etre bien exprimer et vous avoir decri notre joie d'y revenir amicalement m et m lasselin

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus liegt im alten Ortsteil St. Matthieu mit Blick auf den Pic Saint-Loup und hat einen sehr schönen Aussenbereich mit einem fantastischen Pool. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Une maison magnifique, une piscine privée bien entretenue dans une région splendide, que rêver de mieux ? Les hôtes sont sympathiques et prévenants. Il y a une multitude de choses à découvrir autour, c'est un coin fantastique. Par contre, n'oubliez pas votre nécessaire anti moustiques et armez-vous de patience si vous voulez vous faire un petit resto au soir... Wunderschönes Haus in einer zauberhaften Dorfgegend
Wir haben die zwei Wochen voll und ganz genossen, der Pool ist wunderschön und die Gegend mit dem Pic Saint-Loup und dem Château de Montferrand im Hintergrund ist sehr schön. In der Nähe kann man tolle Ausflüge machen, aber das Meer ist etwas weiter weg, etwa eine Stunde Autofahrt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und Frau Huet ist sehr nett und freundlich. Obwohl wir eigentlich nie an denselben Ort zurückkehren, werden wir wahrscheinlich wiederkommen, es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Calme, reposant et maison très jolie !!
En ces périodes de Covid, nous cherchions un lieu calme, loin des grandes destinations estivales sans pour autant être perdus au milieu de rien. Belle destination que St Mathieu. Proche de belles balades plus ou moins compliquées (cirque de moreze, cascade de la Vis, etc...) et des côtes méditerranéennes. Quant à la maison, elle est top ! Très bien décorée, de beaux espaces, une piscine agréable, etc... L'accueil et le départ se font avec Mme Huet qui est très gentille et prévenante. S'il n'y avait qu'un point gris pâle a dire : les moustiques qui se sont invités pendant ces 2 semaines (mais cela ne vient pas de la location 😁) A refaire à l'occasion.

Die Besitzer des Hauses sowie die Hausverwalterin sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Die Küche ist klasse 👍👍👍. Es gibt zahlreiche Wandermöglichkeiten 😊. Bäcker und Supermarkt in 5 Minuten zu erreichen mit dem Auto. Zudem die Leute im Dorf sind sehr freundlich. .. Während unseres Aufenthalts fand im Dorf ein Stierkampf statt. Zudem ist das Meer in ca 45 min zu erreichen. Montpellier ist sehenswert.....Wir werden immer mit oder ohne unsere Kinder hierhin kommen. 😊

Superbes vacances dans une très belle propriété!
Superbes vacances...Nous avons passé une très bonnne semaine dans cette ancienne bergerie complètement rénovée, une cuisine moderne très bien équipée. Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréable, pareille pour la tonnelle ou prendre l'apéritif et se relaxer avec un bon livre. La maison est très calme. facilité de rejoindre le château de Montferrand ou le Pic Saint Loup à pied.
