A few strides from the beautiful Hermitage lagoon, is this opulent house with Creole charm, all in wood. This villa has been classified "Furnished 5-star tourism", guaranteeing our tenants an optimal level of comfort and equipment.

Its 3 large air-conditioned bedrooms have Queen size beds (160x200) fitted with high-end mattresses for very comfortable nights. Air fans are also present for more cooling. The ground floor accommodates 1 double bedroom with a magnificent four-poster bed, and 1 adjoining bathroom-WC. Upstairs is another large bathroom-WC, serving 1 beautiful double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, which can be combined into a Queen-size bed.

For your relaxation, you will have 2 lounges: an indoor lounge equipped with cozy sofas, flat screen TV and DVD player, and a second very comfortable outdoor lounge under a large veranda open onto the garden. The house is covered by high speed fiber optic WiFi.

On the tropical veranda refreshed by air fans, there is a dining table with 8 chairs, as well as an original perfectly equipped kitchen opening onto the garden with a tiltable louver.

You can have your BBQ around the Frangipani in a pleasant garden of a hundred m2.

At 80 m at the end of the street, you can enjoy the most beautiful beach of the Hermitage, which is a guarded lagoon, and you will have the choice between all the waterfront restaurants and other typical places to eat. A mini market and a bakery are within walking distance from the house.

The village and marina of St Gilles is 5 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bicycle. In 10 minutes you are on the "route des Tamarins": towards all excursions!

For information :
Our 2 seasonal rentals "Le Frangipanier" and "L 'Arbre à Pain" are semi-detached while being independent, by their "back to back" position. There is therefore no opposite. Only the parking area is common. Our 2 rentals can nevertheless communicate through a completely soundproof interior door, allowing us to increase our capacity to 16 people by reserving the two rentals.

La maison est idéalement située à 300m de la plage, dans une rue au calme ! Nombreux restaurants à proximité proposant aussi des plats à emporter. La maison est très bien équipée, nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis accueillis dans les lieux. Les hôtes ont toujours été disponibles pour répondre à nos questions et nous conseiller. Quelques jours de vacances dans une villa magnifique décorée avec goût , au calme. L’espace extérieur arboré nous invite à la détente, sans parler de la possibilité de se baigner dans la piscine si le lagon qui se situe à quelques pas ne suffit pas . Quel luxe non? Je recommande cette adresse..

Plus que la qualité de la prestation, correspondant en tout point à l’annonce, il faut absolument souligner la qualité d’accueil et d’écoute de nos hôtes Emmanuelle et Olivier, que nous tenons encore à remercier. Super villa à deux pas du lagon
La villa est très bien située à deux minutes à pied du lagon. Nous avons beaucoup appréciée la piscine et la cuisine extérieure. La villa est très bien équipée, nous étions deux couples d’amis, c’était très agréable d’avoir chacun sa chambre et salle de bains avec chacune son toilette. Olivier nous a très bien accueilli, quelques bières fraîches au frigo et d’autres petites attentions. N’ayant pas de locataires après nous, nous avons pu profiter de la maison la dernière journée avant notre départ. Un grand merci à Olivier et Emma pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Livret d’accueil très complet, bons conseils. Un très bonne adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Magnifique villa au calme et proche de toutes commodités
Très bien accueillis. Villa au top, tout le confort souhaité, la piscine en +. Proche du lagon, de la famille de Le Port, un point de départ parfait pour visiter l île. La residenza ha rispettato a pieno le nostre aspettative. La posizione è comoda sia al mare che ai servizi(supermarket,panetterie,ecc) Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare il pranzo pronto! La casa si trova in una zona residenziale tranquilla e silenziosa. La vicina spiaggia dell'Ermitage è comoda, ben ombreggiata e ampia Ciao Alessio

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette villa accueillante.Idéalement située pour les plagistes mais aussi point de départ intéressant pour visiter l’île. Magnifique séjour dans cette maison fonctionnelle et trés bien décorée, attenante mais sans vis-à-vis... 3 grandes chambres, 2 grandes salles de bain, climatisation dans la partie vie intérieure fermée, la partie varangue regroupe l'espace vie, cuisine, espace repos.... beau jardin, BBQ, douche extérieure.... Plage à 2 pas à pied, 2 restos Le Manta et la Marmite au bout de la rue.... Nous y retournerons... Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux et le poulet boucané qui avait été préparé pour notre arrivée :)

Wir haben, als kleine Familie, knapp 10 Tage in der Villa verbracht und waren zufrieden mit der Ausstattung. Wir haben die Abendstunden auf der Veranda sehr genossen, die gut eingerichtet war. Auch bei einer Hitze über 30 Grad ist es sehr angenehm dort. Die Gastgeber Olivier und Emma waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie sind auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und immer schnell eine Rückmeldung gegeben. Die Anreise und Abreise war problemlos. Ein Stern Abzug müssen wir leider geben, weil einige Fotos in der Hausbeschreibung vom Strand-Restaurant "la Bobine" angegeben sind, das nicht mehr da ist. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.
