Room with access to the pool is a must. Hotel is fairly dated, certainly needs renovations especially in the rooms. More like a 3 star in terms of service & amenities. Staff speak pretty much no English (thankfully I speak little french) and no translation for help/instructions, as well as breakfast is quite limited. In all beautiful hotel but expected much more in other areas.

Just look at the sea, nowhere else....
Friendly and very correct staff could not stand up to how run down the whole hotel is. Great location and interesting architecture, a shame there doesn't seem any money having been invested since long to maintain a decent standard - let alone a standard allowing for the prices they are asking....

One particular lady on the reception was particularly rude, arrogant and obnoxious. I won’t name names but she definitely needed to attend a customer service course. The others were very friendly and pleasant.

A great stay right on the beach
This hotel is on the west side of the Island and has lots of sunshine. If you have a mini suite you have a patio area from which you can enter the main pool directly via a canal. There are plenty of sun beds around the pool and on the grassy areas in addition to the beach. The restaurant is very good if a little expensive for the English visitor. Reception staff and restaurant staff speak some English so no need to try your French unless you wish to. Easy car parking.

Chambre avec entrée piscine Superbe mais petit bémol très mal insonorisée, et les autres résidents de l’hôtel se baignent et passent devant la chambre même la nuit . Autrement hôtel atypique et très agréable malgré la vétusté des installations tout est très bien entretenu . Petit déjeuner très bon .

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, nous n’avons pas vu le service qui va avec. Les chambres sont fatigués et assez vétustes, un peu comme tout l’hôtel. J’ai dû replacer la prise électrique de la chambre. À notre arrivée nous avons eu peu d’informations sur le fonctionnement et les lieux de l’hôtel. Le jus d’accueil ressemble à un jus lowcost qui n’est pas digne du standing d’un hôtel de cette gamme.

Déçu par rapport aux années précédentes.
La restauration du soir n'est pas très satisfaisante. Le service est beaucoup trop long ( en moyenne 1/2 heure pour obtenir l’entrée). Certains plats sont trop salés et présences de cheveux dans une entrée. Par contre l'accueil et le service de chambre sont excellents.

Sejour familial de 5 jours 4 nuits à l'occasion des 70 ans de notre mère... Les attentes, toutes les prestations mentionnées et fournies par l'hôtel, un cadre idyllique... Le resultat : piscine gelée, sauna en panne, hammam dégoûtant et odeur de renfermé/pourri, salle de sport non aérée, propreté plus que suspecte, douche eau froide, nettoyage partiel, transats sales, murs suintant avec infiltrations importantes, peinture mousseuse, etc... Le directeur était d'une mauvaise foie incroyable... concretement sur l'instant T il n'avait rien à nous proposer comme dedommagement a part nos boissons pour la somme de 50 euros, alors que nous avons déboursés plus de 2000 euros et que nous avons écourté notre sejour donc 1 nuit, 1 repas soir et 1 petit dejeuner non consommés × 4 personnes... et cerise sur le gâteau il nous reproche d'être venus en juillet car c'est l'hiver austral...??? J'ai dit que jallais voir avec l'éducation nationale pour qu'elle change les periodes en fonction de ce monsieur... Ma soeur lui a retiré 2 étoiles et mon fils de 7 ans a dit il faut toutes les enlever... Etant asthmatique j'ai soulevé le problème lié a l'infiltration et les champignons, réponse du directeur : "je ne suis pas médecin". Si vous souhaitez ne pas être les bienvenus et que l'on se fiche totalement de vous pour une somme abusive, l'hôtel est parfait!
