With its spacious private jacuzzi on the terrace to relax in complete privacy after a day of activities according to your desires, our air-conditioned gîte of 50m2, very cozy, is perfectly equipped and ideally located for you to enjoy the assets of our region while favoring your peace and well-being.

Nestled between two rivers (La Cèze and the Ardèche), the national forest of Valbonne (and its Chartreuse), and three classified villages (Aiguèze, La Roque sur Cèze, Montclus), there are many activities nearby: swimming in the river, canoeing, hiking or cycling in the forest, tree climbing, visits to caves or classified villages, relaxing, etc.

And because our region is appreciated in all seasons, our gîte and its Spa will enhance your moments of relaxation throughout the year (weekend possible depending on the period).

- Reversible air conditioning, bedroom radiator, bathroom radiator, remote-controlled electric roller shutters
- Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, cleaning products
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, towels, bathrobes, hairdryer, soap
- Bedroom with Queen Size bed (200x160cm), duvet, blanket, pillows, bolster, 2 bedside tables, optional bed linen on request
- Living room with TV, wifi, sofa, BZ, round table and chairs, large bay window
- 35m2 terrace not overlooked and facing east, semi-covered, housing a private massage spa (available 24/7 in all seasons), dining area, barbecue, sun loungers, and overlooking the large garden with its little henhouse
- Private parking space inside the fully fenced property with electric gate and remote control
- Secure room for motorcycles, bicycles, or other equipment, with the possibility of recharging electric batteries
Services included:
- Maintenance products provided
- Household linen provided (excluding bed linen)
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
- End of stay cleaning (if not carried out) = €70
- Bed linen (if provided by us) = €30

Accommodation deposit: €500 (check not cashed, or cash returned at end of stay)

Prices :
Low season: October to March = 80 € / night (minimum 3 nights)
Mid season: April, May, June, September, Christmas holidays = 100 € / night (minimum 3 nights)
High season: July, August = 840 € / week from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday

Arrival time: after 5:00 p.m.
Departure time: before 11:00 a.m.
