Excellent Property for Holiday on the Island
The property is ideal in a great location for the whole of the island , everything you need for your stay and more . Great host Jacky pleasure to meet you . Property is a couple minutes walk to the harbour port with plenty of restaurants, ice cream shops, boutiques, bars , fish market etc . Also straight onto the cycling paths. Look forward to returning to cycle the vineyards!

Idéalement située, confortable et très bien équipée. Des hôtes très disponibles et accueillants.
Vacances hors saisons avec notre petite fille 2,5 ans.Le bonheur des jeux de sable et de barbotage sur la plage toute prôche, et qui nous semble presque privatisée, car déserte. Un moment privilégié, sans le stress de la surfréquentation.

Apres un accueil tres chaleureux, nous avons , grâce a la proximité du port et de tous ses commerces, ainsi que de la plage vraiment apprecie ce séjour. La maison est parfaitement decoree, confortable, cosy, et nous offrant tout le nécessaire pour notre quotidien !Nous reviendrons c est sûr.

Tolle Unterkunft am Hafen
Wir hatten zu dritt eine wunderbare Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Die Räume waren groß, sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Betten bzw. Matratzen waren sehr bequem. Die Terasse konnten wir gut nutzen um unsere Mahlzeiten einzunehmen. Im Hafen gibt es tollen Fisch, viele Restaurants und Geschäfte. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief nicht reibungslos, weil wir leider eine alte Handynummer hatten, die bei FeWo zu finden war. Wir hatten die neue Nummer übersehen. Kontakt zu den Vermietern war gut und ohne Probleme. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Très agreable !
Nous avons passés une semaine dans cette charmante maison et nous en sommes ravis. La maison a été entierement rénovée et bien equipée. Elle est idealement située à 3 min à pied du port de la Cotiniere et à 5 min des commerces. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et d'une grande gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Avril à Oléron
Pour qui cherche un logement sympathique, bien situé et agréable, cette petite résidence est parfaite. Nous avions deux de nos petits-enfants avec nous et nous avons pu profiter de tout l'environnement proche et visiter les différents points d'intérêt de l'île sans souci. Quant aux propriétaires, leur accueil fut sympathique et chaleureux. Dommage qu'il n'ait pas fait assez beau pour profiter de la plancha et de repas en extérieur.

Séjour du 18 au 23 février. Propriétaire très sympathique. Logement bien situé : les commerces (boulangerie, supérette, plusieurs restaurants) étaient ouverts même hors saison et accessibles à pied. Pistes cyclables à la sortie de la Cotinière qui permettent de sillonner l'ile.

Malgré un temps peu favorable, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très bien agencée et surtout très bien placée. Tout peut se faire à pied et c’est vraiment un plus avec un enfant en bas âge. La propriétaire est très disponible et très prévenante nous recommandons vivement. Petit axe d’amélioration peut être, prévoir éventuellement une chaise haute et une petite baignoire d’appoint pour bébé mais c’est un détail ! Un grand merci pour votre accueil ! Accueil très cordial des propriétaires avec un panier gourmand de spécialités locales. Nous avons pu faire plus ample connaissance autour d’une boisson. C’était très sympathique. Côté location, c’était l’annonce en mieux, au calme, à 50 m du centre de la Cotiniére. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent, avec un emplacement de stationnement à côté du logement. Nous avons pu recharger sans soucis notre véhicule électrique. (Bonus supplémentaire !) Nous conservons ces coordonnées pour une prochaine fois car même si notre semaine de vacances a été très très arrosée, non pas que par du pineau mais par surtout par des averses mémorables 🤔🙄😊😊et 3 éclaircies !! ) nous avons passé un excellent séjour !
