This independent house is the old village school and has an enclosed courtyard (55 m²) and a garage, in the center of a small rural village.
Nearby: Chalencon (medieval village, castle, Devil's Bridge), Bourianne lava flow, Arzon gorges, Aquatic Centre, all shops and services in Vorey (8 km). Planned opening of an inn in the village in 2019. Simple and functional, the cottage includes, on the ground floor, a living room consisting of a fully equipped kitchen area, a dining area near the fireplace. closed (free wood) and a lounge area with TV.
On the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each, a shower room and a separate WC. High chair.
