Located just 20 meters from a magnificent bay-side beach, quiet and sheltered from the prevailing winds, in Saint-Pierre-Quiberon (Brittany), 200 meters from Kerhostin train station and 100 meters from the bakery,
The house is completely renovated in a sober style. You will find great comfort and new bedding.
The house has a large dining room, a large bright living room, an independent TV room with a flat screen, an equipped kitchen, 7 bedrooms, 6 with sea views, Three new bathrooms with shower, terrace and courtyard.
The house is equipped with a laundry room, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a bike room and a barbecue. Outside, you will have a large table, several deckchairs and a parasol.
You can practice surfing, kite-surfing, stand up paddle, canoeing, diving, horse riding, golf (Ploemel 15 minutes) or even sailing on the Quiberon peninsula.
It is made available everything necessary for babies (high chair, cane stroller, cot and crib, changing table)
By car, you can reach Vannes in 25 minutes, the Belle Île ferry terminal in 15 minutes, 5 km from Carnac and Auray in 25 minutes. Wi-Fi is free throughout the house.
We speak fluent English and we live in the town, which will allow us to guide you and advise you in visiting this beautiful region.

Mention tb à Charline pour l’accueil et la disponibilité. 8 adultes 1 enfant De l’espace, du confort et une superbe pièce vitrée où il fait bon se réunir. Parfaitement équipée et bien placée. Nous avons vraiment aimé la région et le soleil qui nous a accompagnés.

Belle maison confortable et spacieuse bien agencée.Très bien située au calme et proche d'une jolie petite plage.Quelques petits soucis: internet ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée...ni à notre départ(signalé le lundi). Barbecue inutilisable (sale et rouillé), odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain rdc.(signalé à la conciergerie).

Tout s'est très bien passé. Le seul bémol pourrait être que les téléphones portables ne captaient pas bien et qu'il était donc très difficile de passer des coups de fils ou SMS ou en recevoir. Il est possible que cela ait été lié à la météo.

Super séjour !
Grande et belle maison atypique dans laquelle nous avons séjourné une semaine, en famille (nous étions 10). L'espace était suffisant pour ne pas se gêner. La véranda est vraiment très agréable. Nous avons redécouvert plus en détail la presqu'île de Quiberon et avons déniché des petits coins de paradis. La petite plage derrière la maison, top. Bonne literie. Attention juste aux chambres dans les étages pour les personnes à mobilité limitée. Mais nous avions des personnes âgées qui s'en sont bien accommodées. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et Charline, la concierge est charmante. Tout cela nous a donné envie de revenir ;-)

Excellente semaine à St Pierre Quiberon !
Nous avons passé une semaine d'avril formidable en famille avec une météo très ensoleillée. c'est un très bel endroit. La maison est très bien située, ce qui permet de profiter de la mer au maximum avec la plage qui est vraiment très proche. L'endroit est très calme et propice au repos. La maison est spacieuse, tout est prévu pour que chacun se sente à l’aise, elle est équipée, pour accueillir un groupe important même avec des enfants en bas âge. Nous avons pu garer nos quatre voitures à l’intérieur de la propriété et ranger nos vélos en toute sécurité. Nous avons pu profiter de l’extérieur pour déjeuner chaque jour. Petits et grands ont bien profité de ces vacances. Les propriétaires sont à l’écoute des besoins, Ils répondent très vite aux interrogations que l’on peut avoir avant l’arrivée et il ne faut pas hésiter à leur signaler les petits soucis rencontrés lors de l’arrivée.

Nous avions projeter un week-end de noces en petit comité proche de la plage. La location a parfaitement répondue à nos envies. Avec une belle salle de repas, un magnifique salon sous veranda et la proximité de la plage qui nous a permis de se promener et jouer avec les petits et les grands !

Une maison conforme à nos attentes, et très bien placée pour découvrir Quiberon. Une propriétaire peu accueillante qui s’est montrée agressive lorsque l’on a mis de la musique, (inaudible de l’extérieur de la maison). Avec des aprioris sur les groupes de « jeunes ». Sinon, la maison est parfaite pour passer un bon séjour à Quiberon.

Super séjour
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison complètement adaptée aux vacances familiales ou entre amis. Nous étions 4 familles et l’espace s’y prête parfaitement. La maison est à 2 minutes d’une plage côté baie à l’abri du vent. Les paysages côté côte sauvage sont magnifiques et le sentier côtier est parfait pour les amateurs de randonnée ou de trail.
