Quietly in the hinterland, between vineyards and garrigue, the outbuilding (well separated from the main house - with its own access for privacy preserved by our guests) is located within the Pradines estate in Saint Pons de Mauchiens , Medieval village.
On the bases of the old chapel of the estate, consisting of a ground floor of 50m ² with a large living room (sofa, armchairs, TV, DVD ...) and a large fully equipped kitchen (oven, vitroceramic hob, Fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine) totally open on the dining room, for a comfortable and functional living space.
A bathroom (shower and toilet) completes the layout of this first level.
A large bay window in artwork will give you full access to the terrace overlooking the courtyard. Everything is ready to welcome your aperitifs and grills, parts of Belote (garden furniture for 6 people, barbecue, deck chairs and the enchanting setting).
On the first floor (50m²), the sleeping area offers 3 bedrooms (2 with a double bed and one with 2 single beds) and a second bathroom with shower and toilet.
Travertines, solid parquet, stone staircase, double glazing, motorized Velux, everything is made for you to feel at home!

The breathtaking view of the hills covered with maritime pines and oak cathedrals, dotted with genets and farigoules will invite you to stroll, relax, rest. In a word, here we relax!
The property surrounded by a stone wall offers 300m² of courtyard garden to enjoy the benefits of calm and bucolic surroundings.

At only 10 minutes from Pézenas, the town of Molière, Bobby Lapointe, Antiquaires and crafts of art (numerous stalls and artists' studios) and 30 minutes from the beaches (Marseillan).
It is a good starting point to visit the abbey of Valmagne, Mèze and the Etang de Thau (public beach), the Devil's Bridge, the Clamouse cave, Saint Guilhem du Désert (one of the most beautiful villages in France) Lake of Salagou, park of Bessilles (outdoor activities), castles including that of Cassan, gardens of Adrien (elected favorite garden of the French), Villeneuvette (former royal manufacture) ...
The village of St Pons de Mauchiens with its legends and its exceptional heritage is already worth a visit and one takes the time to visit it: classified church, house of immigrants, its park, buttresses and ramparts, Wine bar, restaurants, guided tours, its 14th of July ball and its votive festival.
Ideal starting point for hiking, numerous mountain bike paths (from the family ride to the enduro course there will be for all tastes and levels), horse riding (equestrian centers nearby).
