We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Quentin-de-Chalais, this charming house of a surface of 150 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 72 m², an equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 120 m². Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 72 m² east-west facing living room with TV, double sofa bed, decorative fireplace and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, dishwasher, hob (mixed gas and electric), filter coffee machine...
- 1 separate toilet
On the first floor:
- A studio with a double bed (140×200) and an adjoining shower room with shower and WC.
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and storage space.
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200) and storage space.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- 1 separate toilet.
Exterior:
- A beautiful private garden of 120 m² not fenced.
- A terrace of 40m² with stone slab and furniture to enjoy the nice days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, parasol, gas barbecue, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Quentin-de-Chalais, in a very pleasant environment with strawberry and melon crops in the vicinity. You will be able to benefit from all essential shops nearby.
