Beautiful, quiet villa with a private, fenced pool and a large, fully fenced garden with superb sea and hill views.
Very nice location about 15 minutes' walk from Les Issambres beach and shops via a partly pedestrian path in the valley. The villa is located at the end of a dead end, in height, and dominates sea and hills.
7 minutes by car from Sainte Maxime.
Private infinity pool with sea view available in the large garden of the villa.
Saint Tropez is easily accessible in summer by boat from the port of Sainte Maxime.

Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passt. Wenn möglich wäre ein Austausch des Klappbettes im Wohnzimmer ratsam. Claire hat sich sehr um uns bemüht und sonst war alles ok .

Séjour agréable aux Issambres
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour aux Issambres. L'endroit est calme et paisible, végétalisé, avec une jolie vue mer depuis la piscine. La terrasse est grande et permet de profiter des soirées d'été. L'intérieur est propre et chaleureux. Claire, qui nous a accueillis, est très arrangeante et sympathique. A noter que nous n'avons accès qu'au rez de villa. Deux des trois chambres sont en enfilade, ce qui n'offre pas une grande intimité (nous étions entre amis). Bon rapport qualité/prix, nous recommandons!

Souterrainwohnung mit Terrasse und Meerblick
Vom Objekt wird nur die Souterrainwohnung vermietet - nicht das gesamte Haus. Es handelt sich um 3 Durchgangszimmer, wobei der erste eine Wohnküche mit Schlafcouch ist, die nachfolgenden Zimmer sind Schlafzimmer. Es gibt ein weiteres separates Schlafzimmer, das nur von außen zu begehen ist. Das Highlight des Hauses sind der gepflegte Garten, der Infinity-Pool mit Meerblick und die große Terrasse (ohne Meerblick). Mangels Sonnenschirm o.ä. wird die Terrasse morgens und vormittags aber sehr heiß - die Markise bietet im Sommer aufgrund des Sonnenstands vormittags keinen Schatten. Allerdings ist das Haus nach Osten ausgerichtet, so dass das Haus ab nachmittags selbst Schatten auf die Terrasse wirft. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist eng, für kleine Autos kein Problem. Die große Familienkutsche kann man aber gut unten vor dem Tor parken. Zum Strand in Les Issambres kann man laufen - man ist aber gute 20 Minuten unterwegs. Bei Hitze nicht zu empfehlen. Der - leider - große Nachteil der Wohnung ist der Innenbereich. Beim ersten Betreten des Innenbereichs schlug uns ein beißender Gestank entgegen, der von Schimmel im Badezimmer resultierte. Ein Siphon des Waschbeckens war undicht (wohl seit Wochen) und das Wasser konnte im Bad nicht trocknen. Zudem lief aus der Spülmaschine beim ersten Einschalten eine ordentliche Menge Wasser aus. Beide Schäden waren der Concierge wohl bekannt, allerdings kein Grund, um Gegenmaßnahmen zu ergreifen. Zur Spülmaschine wurde uns empfohlen, ein anderes Programm einzuschalten - dann wäre das Problem beseitigt. War es natürlich nicht - aber die Spülmaschine kaputt - und damit über den gesamten Aufenthalt nicht benutzbar. Auf unser Drängen wurde zumindest im Bad der Siphon ausgetauscht - wobei der Installateur deutlich auf das Abflussproblem des Hauses hinwies (alle Abflüsse laufen schlecht ab). Das Problem sollte aber erst mal nicht beseitigt werden. Die Inneneinrichtung entspricht im Wesentlichen den Fotos - aber mittlerweile mit sehr deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren. Die Küchenzeile ist sehr klein, die Ausstattung an Besteck etc. sehr mäßig. Mangels Klimaanlage gibt es wirklich viele Mücken - die man am besten mit elektrischen Mückensteckern UND Mückenspray bekämpft.

Wunderschöne Villa mit tollem Blick auf das Meer
Wir hatten zu fünft einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Es ist ein gepflegtes Grundstück in einer ruhigen, hügeligen Gegend. Der Pool mit Aussicht aufs Meer war grandios. Für die Gäste ist die untere Etage mit zwei Schlafzimmern sowie einem großen Wohn- und Küchenbereich. Zudem gibt es noch ein separates Schlafzimmer um die Ecke mit einem kleinen Manko: Es hat kein Bad/Toilette. Wenn es das Wetter zulässt, was meistens der Fall ist, sollte man die große Terrasse und den Pool nutzen. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung und die Betreuung war vorbildlich.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour entre amis. Située dans un très beau quartier, la maison est magnifique, très bien entretenue et bien équipée. La piscine avec la vue sur la mer est encore mieux qu’en photos ! La concierge et les propriétaires ont été adorables. Nous recommandons.

Superbe séjour !
Environs très dépaysants et sympa ! C'est très bien pour 8 personnes ! On s'est fait de bonne marche pour arriver aux ports des Issambres entre l'allée et la montée du retour assez du surtout en pleine chaleur :) Organisation et accueil très bien !

Accès au rdv d’une très jolie maison, un extérieur magnifique et très bien entretenu avec une belle piscine chauffée très propre qui donne une belle vue sur mer. Petit bémol car la chambre privée n’a pas d’accès direct aux toilettes (obligés de passer par l’extérieur). Sinon très agréable, gardienne et propriétaire adorables. Je recommande!

Cette belle villa est très bien équipée. Le jardin est très bien entretenu et très beau. Très belle vue sur mer que ce soit de la piscine ou de la propriété. La concierge et les propriétaires sont sympathiques.

A nouveau un excellent séjour!
Nous avons à nouveau passé deux excellentes semaines dans cette villa bien située et équipée. Le contact avec les propriétaires et la concierge sont excellents. La vue sur mer depuis la piscine ainsi que la relative proximité des commerces sont des points forts. Le calme dans l'impasse est aussi appréciable. Le jardin s'embellit d'année en année! Traumhafter Urlaub in einer schönen Villa
Wir hatten eine wunderschönes Zeit im Juli 2019 in der Villa. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir würden sie immer wieder für einen Urlaub an der Côte d’Azur buchen wollen. Auch die Abwicklung und die Betreuung von Anne-Catherine und Claire war sehr gut und sie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

maison agréable située sur les hauteurs des issambres dans un quartier agréable en cette période. La location en rez de jardin d'une grande maison (propriétaire non présents pendant notre séjour) est conforme au descriptif et confortable. Bien équipée pour passer un très agréable séjour avec sa grande terrasse et un jardin très bien entretenu. La piscine à débordement en contre bas est bien agréable jusqu'au soir avec vue sur la mer au loin. A noter qu'elle est profonde et accessible par une échelle donc vigilance avec les enfants. Merci à Claire qui nous a accueilli . Accueil très sympathique et très professionnel. La région est très belle beaucoup de choses à visiter et à faire en ce mois de juin mais si il y a déjà du monde. Voiture indispensable pour se déplacer dans les alentours et faire les courses. En conclusion nous avons passer 3 semaines fort agréables dans cette maison. On recommande cette location .

Vue superbe sur la Méditerrannée de la Civetta
Belle propriété bien entretenue au milieu des collines, très calme. Avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine, plages accessibles à proximité où nous avons goûté aux joies de la baignade en mer. Seuls éléments perturbateurs : les moustiques. Il suffit de les prévoir.

Villa très agréable avec très belle vue
Nous avons loué au dernier moment cette villa et nous ne l'avons pas regretté; car même en hors saison la situation et le jardin sont vraiment exceptionnelles. La piscine est très jolie de forme originale et très profonde. . Elle est entourée d'une très belle clôture en fer forgé donc aucun soucis avec les petits. Le jardin avec ses beaux citronniers est un havre de paix et de verdure.Le logement loué est en rez de chaussée avec vue sur mer quasiment de partout. Il est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Les deux grandes chambres sont vraiment agréables en particulier celle du fond avec sa salle de bain privative. La terrasse est super grande et bien équipée avec store, grande table pour déjeuner et barbecue pour les beaux jours. Bref, vraiment à recommander à tous ceux qui veulent passer des vacances ou week end au calme tout en étant à deux pas de la mer. Nous reviendrons c'est sur.
