This property was very clean and very close to the ski hill which was the purpose of our trip so that was excellent. Unfortunately the listing had a hot hub as an amenity which was not true and the bbq did run out of propane in the middle of cooking our first dinner. The expectations for cleaning at the end of our stay were are little high for a vacation rental. There were no garbage bags in any of the bins and we couldn’t find the proper size bags anywhere. I am all for being respectful about the cleanliness especially in someone’s house. However if you rent out your home with a vacation service, having an extra fee if the guest don’t strip their beds or dry and but away all the dishes seems a little excessive. Overall cleanliness 5/5, location 5/5, communication 5/5, accuracy 3/5 and expectations 2/5, readiness for use 3/5. I would stay here again I just wish I knew some of these things before.

Beautiful place but difficult host
The place is beautiful and clean, however, working with the host proved challenging with unreasonable policies. Beware of additional costs piling up. 'Walking distance to the village' is also misleading given you have to cross the highway.

J’ai reservez 4 nuits en Decembre et 4 nuit en Janvier. Ceci a été reserve l’été dernier, si sa aurait pas été que je perdais mon depot de $1,000 j’aurais annulée mes nuits en janvier. Mme Carin n’est vraiment pas une personne plaisante pour quoi que ce soit. Vous reservez pour 2 personnes, vous aurez acces a 1 chambre, vous voulez la 2ieme chambre ou la 3ieme chambre c’est barre a la cles, Deux personnes doivent coucher dans le meme lit si non $50 de plus par personne par nuit.pour ouvrir une autre chambre. Elle ne loue pas le condo, elle loue des chambres. En decembre elle nous a charge $350 en surplus. Elle voulait nous charger $50 de surplus en janvier parce qu’on a mis un parc de bebe dans la chambre pour coucher le bebe dans le parc - 2 rouleaux de papier de toilette pour 5 jours– apporter vous en - Il y a un foyer mais il ne fonctionne pas. Dec et Jan toujours pas en function, elle était supposé avoir quelqu’un pour venir réparer - Elle nous a dit qu’elle avait une machine a café Keurig, on apporte le café pour la machine, le filtre manque a l’interieur, aucune utilite. - BBQ – pas en function aucun propane – en dec et jan - Escalliers plein de glace – faite attention - Lundi au vendredi bruit de construction a l’arriere a 7am Madame Carin ne voulait rien savoir pour discuter aucun probleme, elle nous coupe la parole, nous parle fort. Je lui suggere de vendre cette propriete ce n’est vraiment pas pour elle.
