In the heart of the village of Saint-Tropez, ideal location, 100 m from Place des Lices and 100 m from the legendary old port. Very high standard service, located on the ground floor with its 25 m2 terrace in a small private condominium overlooking the hinterland and offering absolute calm without any vis-à-vis.
We have fitted out and decorated this apartment for a refined and demanding clientele.
Large Studio of 30 m2, quiet, with its teak terrace of 25 m2, garden furniture, electric blind, sunny, marble floors, flat screen TV, satellite, hi-fi, wi-fi, high standing bathroom Porcelanosa , high-end US kitchen, 160 cm leather sofa bed with real mattress, dressing room, full air conditioning, private parking in the basement with remote control.
You will be asked the sum of 40 € on site for the cleaning service, you do not take care of anything on your departure.

Location très bien située La table de jardin en plastique instable n’est pas à la hauteur du standing des autres équipements. Le salon de jardin manque de confort pour pouvoir se détendre Le gros point négatif de cette location c’est le propriétaire prêt à tout pour louer, il est très agréable pour faire valider la réservation cela se gâte assez rapidement si vous lui faite une remarque. Il a refusé de nous indemniser sur l’absence de lave vaisselle dans l’appartement alors que celui était indiqué dans les équipements. Le volet roulant vieux de 15 ans est resté bloqué à 2 mètres du sol après 4 jours d’utilisation. Il nous a accusé de l’avoir déchiré et a tout fait pour ne pas le réparer pendant notre séjour de 3 semaines dans le seul but de conserver la caution et malgré notre insistance de faire la réparation en notre présence pour lui montrer notre bonne foi. On a passé le reste de notre séjour sans volet donc réveillé tous les matins à 6 h par la lumière du jour ! Pas idéal pour des vacances Le jour de notre départ il nous a fait du chantage pour récupérer notre caution on devait lui mettre un commentaire positif sur abritel pour ne pas lui porter préjudice! C’est bien la première fois que l’on a à faire à un propriétaire comme ça On retournera à st tropez mais pas dans cette location pas envie de se faire gâcher les vacances !
