1- lors de l’arrivée elle fait signer plein de documents environ 4 à 5 feuilles pas le temps de lire. Elle aurait du nous les faire parvenir à l’avance pour en prendre connaissance 2- la maison a besoin beaucoup d’amour Dans la salle de bain des maîtres le banc de toilettes glissait de gauche à droite 2 jours plus tard il s’arrache complètement, les encrages était tout rouillé. Je lui écris et le lundi fait le remplacement, dans la soirée m’envoie une facture pour payer le siège de toilette. Je l’informe que je n’ai pas à payer car il était déjà en mauvais état. Les papiers qu’elle m’a fait signer me tenais responsable de tout bris, en plus elle m’a dit que j’avais 24 heures pour tout vérifier. Je lui ai dit que cela était de ça responsabilité de vérifier l’état de tout ce qu’il y avait de défectueux dans ça maison avant de louer. Une chance que je ne me suis pas tenu sur les poignées du bain si elle avait cédé elle m’aurait fait payer son bain Elle aurait beaucoup de ménage à faire soit vider les garde robe d’oreiller pas très appétissant. Les photos date d’au moins 20 ans. Si j’énumère tout je n’aurais pas assez des 1139.

Nous avons passez 3 semaines formidable dans cette maison. On a bien profité de la piscine et du jacuzzi. Patricia a toujours été disponible et tres gentille. On recommande vivement cette location
