Nice little Oasis for exploring Grande Terre
Eric met us at property to show us around and settle us in. Property was as described in the listing and we had most things we needed. The apartment is very spacious with all facilities needed. It was great to relax in the pool at the end of the day and the garden is pretty and well maintained. We would stay here again if we returned to Guadeloupe.

Great Stay in Guadeloupe
Excellent stay! As we arrived late our friendly host Eric met us by the main road to guide us to his residential community. This was a very nice house with a built in swimming pool near a very pretty town on the coast. All the supplies we needed were available for cooking as well as plenty of towels for the six of us. Sitting by the pool in the late afternoon after sightseeing was a great way to cap off our day!

Fabulous Location and House
Eric’s house is the perfect location to explore, enjoy nearby beaches, and sample the restaurants and villages of Sainte Anne and Sainte Francois. The house itself is very comfortable, clean and with a full kitchen and lovely private pool which is quite a luxury. The air conditioning in both the living room and bedrooms does come in handy on warm evenings. Eric was there to greet me when I arrived in the evening and was gracious to show me the village of Sainte Anne and acquaint me with the neighborhood. When I had questions, he was always available by phone. A fabulous host and I highly recommend his house.

Great location and private retreat
Eric met us at the property late at night to accommodate our flight time, and was most helpful always in getting us oriented to the island and the house and in responding to any questions. The house and pool are very private, spacious and in a really good location to discover Grande Terre. It is especially well situated to access the Plage at Bois Jolan, a few minutes away, which is one of our favorite beaches in Guadeloupe, undeveloped, with lots of vegetation for shade, and beautiful shallow water. Thanks to Eric for a great week.

Fantastique
Eric est à l’écoute de nos besoins, serviable et très disponible. L’endroit est formidable, calme et on y retrouve tout ce que nous avons besoin. Nous avons voyagé par bus et taxi sans aucun soucis de transport. Épicerie et boulangerie près de la maison à pied ou en bus. C’est certain que nous allons revenir . Endroit relaxant .

Maison très bien placée dans un quartier calme et toute proche de l'entrée de St Anne Equipements au top : Climatiseurs et moustiquaire, machine à laver, lave vaisselle, micro onde, four, table de cuisson Literie confortable Le jardin est tres bien entretenu. La piscine privée est un vrai atout ! Possibilité de rentrer 2 voitures dans le jardin. Eric au top ! Echanges très cordiaux avant et pendant le séjour. Toujours disponible si besoin. Propose également des sorties bateau. Excellent séjour dans sa globalité. On reviendra !!

Maison spacieuse et bien équipée
Accueil trés sympathique, cependant une boisson fraîche à l'arrivée serait un plus. Maison agréable, bien équipée et spacieuse, la piscine est appreciable. La maison est bien située, la boulangerie très proche à pied. L'accès à Bois Jolan à pied également pour balades et baignades. Je recommande cette location.

L'habitation parfaite !
Nous avons passé un très beau sejour dans cette habitation. Idéal pour une famille, la piscine clôturée est tres sécuritaire. L'hôte était en tout temps disponible pour nous guidé dans nos question. L'emplacement était génial car nous étions proche des plages, restaurante, centre-ville, epicerie et station d'essence. Tout etait accessible.

Agréable séjour de 5 jours. Villa proche du centre ville de ste anne. Elle correspond à l'annonce. Située dans un quartier très calme. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine chauffée après nous excursions. La piscine est un vrai plus dans la villa. Villa idéale pour une famille. Nous pensons revenir et réserver avec notre hôte.

Nous avons passé deux semaines magnifiques ! La villa est très bien équipée, spacieuse et idéalement située, à seulement 4 ou 5 minutes en voiture du centre de Sainte Anne. La piscine est vraiment agréable et parfaitement entretenue. Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement Eric pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Nous avons passé des moments agréables au-delà de mon espérance. Très relax et bien sécurisés.👍👍👍
Notre vols de Paris était retardé, monsieur Éric et son épouse nous ont attendu, nous étions épuisés ils ont fait le nécessaire de laisser de quoi à manger et à boire pour la famille. Sa demeure est très propre, la piscine et le jardinage sont nettoyés chaque semaine. Éric est quelqu’un qui est très proactif durant notre séjour vu qu’il y’avait des manifestations contre des décisions prises par l’état français il nous envoyé des SMS pour nous avertir les endroits à éviter. Du côté des ustensiles, la cuisine est très bien équipée .En bref nous avons aimés notre séjour et sans aucune hésitation nous vous recommandons si vous allez en vacances à Guadeloupe choisissez le bungalow d’Eric Labelle vous allez aimé sans aucune doute.

Tout d'abord nous sommes accueilli par Eric notre hôte très sympathique qui à pensé à nous mettre des petites choses dans le frigo pour un en cas et évidemment le ti punch d'accueil (merci à vous Eric) . La maison est bien située à proximité de la plage de Bois Jolan accès en voiture 10 mns où à pieds à travers champs 20 mns . Les courses à 10 mns , boulangerie 10 mns aller/retour à pieds. 2 chambres équipées de climatiseurs et un canapé lit confortable . Cuisine bien équipée et pour les fin de journée la piscine sécurisée. Nous y avons passé 15 jours formidables je recommande, allez y les yeux fermés.
