First time I have rated a properly so low. It is due to their inability or don’t care attitude to communicate effectively. The property is in n middle of the Forrest but if you reach there after sunset beware of the muddy road and mosquitoes. On top of that the pin to open the door was not working. After calling them several times we have got 2 different pin to try. Meanwhile my family had to wait for alimony 30 mins in the midst of nowhere. After we got in we found that there is no clean bedsheets in any of the beds and the bathroom is also not clean. We have communicated this to the property manager but they send the fresh bedsheets next day afternoon only. The security alarm was rang at night and we were not given instruction in English how to stop that. After multiple calls we could provide the pin to stop the alarm. We left one day prior to our scheduled vacation and found a nearby hotel as my family was not comfortable staying there. I have all the images which I can share. For all these harassment, we were told that we would get compensation in writing but after multiple follow up they did not pay a single money back or respond to our mails. I hope Expedia will delist this property from their list so that no one gets fooled like us.

Le chalet en soi, de l'intérieur, était très bien. Seul point plus négatif : les escaliers très inclinés pour monter à la chambre. Toutefois, mon conjoint et moi sommes déçus du séjour, car nous n'avons pas pu profiter de l'extérieur. #1) L'eau du spa était opaque et sentait le poisson pourri. J'ai appelé les gestionnaires et on m'a dit que quelqu'un allait passer. Même si j'ai spécifié que l'eau devait être changée et le spa nettoyé avant de le remplir à nouveau, l'employé a simplement mis du chlore dedans. Il en a même mis partout autour et a laissé traîner l'enveloppe du sachet. Donc, aucune utilisation du spa pour nous... #2) Le quai était sur le terrain. Il n'avait pas été mis à l'eau et, contrairement à ce qu'indiquait le descriptif du chalet, aucun pédalo n'était disponible. On devait me rappeler à ce sujet, mais je n'ai reçu aucun retour d'appel. #3) L'emplacement du foyer extérieur n'était pas entretenu (végétation présente). Par sécurité, nous avons donc dû laisser tomber le fait de faire un feu dehors. Bref, une chance que nous avons trouvé des activités à faire ailleurs parce que le site du chalet nous a déçu.
