The staff at arrival was not very welcoming and even though we booked the “renovated” part it looked very old and was probably renovated many years ago…. They should not advertise “renovated property” anymore it is really tired. The food options is very limited and it was not good. The evening buffet is really expensive for what it is.

Nice stay!
Overall we had a nice stay. The amenities make things easier and the location is very enjoyable. You can walk to the village, have a swim at the beach (several ones). You’re also well located to visit the south of the island. Our not so good points are: - the internet: we paid for the best option and finally was worse than the option provided by the hotel. Even if it was one of their services, they didn’t refund us but just gave us a number to call. - Food for vegans - you’ll have some options but it’s pretty limited but still OK. - parking after 18:30 can be challenging. Apart from these points, all went well!

the premiums rooms, pools , locations were very nice but can improve reception as thye could not find our reservation and mixed up our reservation when we check out, not very good experience at the checkin and check out

The hotel is a good place to stay for family . The pool is lovely . We also have the table tennis , long tennis and children playing ground .

I prefer-paid Hotels.com for a room with sea view, and the concierge told me that it is not guaranteed when one books a room with Hotels.com, Therefore, I did get a sea view, as agreed with your website!

The premium suites were very clean and updated. I would highly recommend. Lynn the front desk supervisor is phenomenal at her job and was a pleasure to work with. The only negative about the property is that the pool bar is not a pool bar. They do not serve beer or liquor, and the inside bar doesn’t open until 5. The only place that serves drinks is the snack bar and selection is limited. Also, the photographs of the rooms are not correct!

Beautiful views of sea and gardens. Wonderful efficient and friendly reception staff. Great activities schedules. Location is all within a short walking distance to nearby beautiful beaches.

Disappointing, and generally impersonal
Not a bad place, but not a luxury resort. The most luxurious aspect of the place was the shower/bathroom, which was very modern. However, the room was unexceptional and average. The kitchenette was awkward, with the sliding door track and refrigerator placement (difficult to access/open), no spices (such as salt), cutting board, or dish soap. WIFI didn't work anywhere except in the room and reception area. Parking was not close to the room. The amenities (meals, gift shop, jet ski, etc) were noticeably overpriced compared to similar places in the area. The reception staff were condescending (but limited English), though assisted me with my inquiries (I prepared ahead in French). Better accommodations can be had elsewhere.

“Package” holiday feel - we left after one night
Although the “premium” suite was clean and could technically house 4-6 adults or teen aged children, it was not worth anywhere near the “rack rate” price we had to pay of >€450/night. Ultimately this felt very much like a discount “package holiday” hotel and as such no room, no matter how many beds, justifies that price. Service wise, our experience was mixed. Upon arrival the entire resort was without water (although we were told most of Martinique suffered from this problem, and as such, this was not the hotel’s own fault). In general, much of the staff seemed overworked and tired as a result. Our (out of hours) check-in experience was good, thanks to the very friendly night manager and barman who comped us two free glasses of wine (I suppose to make up for the lack of running water). Staff at breakfast were unfortunately less welcoming. The family suite itself was clean, albeit felt somewhat “clinical” in terms of its bare neon lighting and likely non-cotton sheets. The rest of the resort felt somewhat tired and requires updating in places. The breakfast offering (at €50 for 2 adults 1 child) was extremely disappointing, especially due to the orange “drink” (not juice), polyester plastic plates, plastic forks/knives, and brackish filter coffee (none of the commercial coffee machines were in operation). It’s not clear whether these plastic place settings were used due to the water stoppage/shortage? We chose to leave after 1 night.

Klasse Hotel! Ein entspannter Urlaub!
Wir brauchten Ruhe und Entspannung und haben 9 Tage im Juni hier verbracht. Es war sehr angenehm. An den Wochenenden wurde es voller, aber in der Woche war es sehr ruhig. Das Hotel bietet alles, was gebraucht wird. Das Buffet hat uns nicht zugesagt. Aber es gibt genügend Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Strand ist schön und man kann wunderbar ins Wasser.

Séjour très bien passé, reposant comme je le souhaitais. Personnel très sympa et accueillant. En revanche, vu le prix, je n'ai pas trouvé extraordinaire l'hébergement dit Premium. De surcroit, un effort aurait pu être fait en mettant du café tous les jours pour ce type d'hébergement, et pas seulement 2 capsules pour l'arrivée. Le buffet petit-déjeuner et diner très copieux et bon.

Questa struttura è un’ottima soluzione, offre le camere con l’angolo cottura rifornito con tutto il necessario per farsi da magiare. Noi come tutti gli ospiti del villaggio utilizzavamo quotidianamente la cucina, tuttavia nel villaggio ci sono ristorante, pizzeria da asporto, bar, negozio di alimentari, non manca nulla. La struttura è molto ben tenuta, immersa nel verde della Martinica e affacciato sul mare. Offre un ampio parcheggio, anche se alcuni giorni, era assolutamente pieno. Campo da tennis, tavoli da ping pong, piscine, mini kids, animazione serale, insomma questo villaggio offre tutto per una splendida vacanza in Martinica. Lo consiglio anche per la posizione a Sainte Luce vicino alle più belle spiagge dell’isola.

Parfait en famille
Comme à chaque fois ce séjour était excellent. Je reviendrai encore et encore et encore. Mes enfants et moi nous nous sentons comme à la maison. Et le plus, c’est l’animatrice Zazou qui est vraiment à la hauteur de ses compétences. Mes filles l’adorent.
