Agréable séjour dans un oasis de verdure
Nous sommes ravies d’avoir choisi la villa d’Ivan pour notre premier voyage entre soeurs. La maison était telle que décrite. La climatisation dans chaque chambre est essentielle pour passer de bonnes nuits.Nous avons bien profité de la piscine qui était toujours propre. Le petit marché du vendredi à l’épicerie Leclerc est sympathique. L’immense croque-livres au coin de la rue est assez impressionnant. Nous avons eu d’agréables discussions avec Ivan qui nous a donné de bonnes recommandations et qui par ailleurs sait se montrer discret. Sa petite chienne connaît ses limites, elle est bien mignonne. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Remarkable
The owner was conscious of our needs. He immediately ushered us in, told us to make ourselves home and that he would be back to answer and questions. The home can accommodate 9! Plenty of space! Beautiful grounds, a pool to yourself and 3-20 mins to the beach of your choice! Grocery is 2km away! The ambiance the owner provides and his story is c’est magnifique! When we were there we were 100m from the filming of Death in Paradise a Netflix filming! St Rose has many a street vendor.

Nous avons louée cette grande maison à Sainte Rose, et cela a été parfait pour notre famille de 7 personnes. Une suite parentale, beaucoup d'espace, le living et la terrasse parfaitement intégrés ... Ma femme a aussi apprécié la cuisine très complète et spacieuse. La terrasse avec accès directe à la piscine ont éte deux lieus très appréciés pendant notre séjour, quand nous n'étions pas sur les plages ou à la découverte de cette partie, injustement moins connue, de la Guadeloupe. La maison était très bien équipée avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin, et le propriétaire a été très disponible pour nous accueillir et nous donner toutes les informations nécessaires pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Merci Ivan, grâce à vous, et à votre maison parfaitement entretenue, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans votre belle région. À bientôt...

Un très bon séjour à Sainte Rose! La location est top, spacieuse , idéale pour une famille avec enfants .très bien équipée, il 'e malgue aucun ustensile, tout est bien pensé. Le jardin avec la piscine est très agréable, le proprio la nettoie chaque matin. Il est aux petits soins, saura vous conseiller pour les balades , apportera ses connaissances sur la région et vous préparera même des petites confitures délicieuses a la banane Bref allez y les yeux fermés ! Cette location est une perle rare! La présence de sa chienne Loca apporte un petit plus.. elle est super gentille et fait la joie des enfants... Un grand merci a Mr Laforgue et une caresse à Loca. Accueil très chaleureux de la part du propriétaire. La maison est située dans un petit lotissement très calme. Elle est très agréable et fonctionnelle. Cette semaine s’est très bien passée, les enfants ont adoré ( et ont bien sympathisé avec Loca, la petite chienne d’Yvan 😉) Nous avons pu découvrir cette partie de la Guadeloupe qui est très jolie avec sa terre rouge et sa végétation luxuriante . Merci à Yvan pour son accueil.

La location d'Ivan est très grande et bien agencée. tout le nécessaire et même plus . Bonne literie. Prévoir la voiture pour se rendre aux plages. Entre 1 heure et 1 heure 30 pour visiter les autres coins de l île. C'est vrai que la piscine parait fraîche en février, mais c'est un plus de pouvoir s'y baigner. Nous avons été bien accueillis, Ivan est sympathique, discret, et de bon conseils.
