The hotel is suitable for family and friend trip!
The location is good! The hotel is between airport and DFS. Not crowded. During daytime, the music from wave jungle is bit noisy. I stayed before Christmas time, so there were many Christmas parties at nights. Therefore, hotel was busy for parties. If you want to relax at hotel, you should avoid this season. However, the hotel is nice, and family friendly. The diving shop in hotel, it was great. Their hospitality is wonderful. I would like to use again.

Pretty satisfied
Good place to stay if you’re looking for a nice beach, pool, and some entertainment. Wasn’t the most luxurious or lavish place but provided really everything you need. Plus, you should be getting out everyday. It’s a good place to sleep and recoup.

Free upgrade
Located midway between the airport and city center, location was excellent in Susupe. No trouble getting downtown with the hourly shuttle bus going to DFS Galleria in Garapan. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. Food could be improved but the night market serving local delicacies on Friday and Saturday 6-9pm was a surprise and very economical compared to other food options on the island. It was a very nice surprise to have a free upgrade to a Tower Deluxe room which marks an unforgettable birthday trip for myself. Thank you Kanoa Resort. Would definitely recommend.

Not as pretty, but great beach and staff
Resort is so so in condition, but the staff are very friendly and helpful. The surrounding area doesn’t seem like much, but there’s much more to do around there than the other resorts on the north end of the island. Beach is great and you can kayak and snorkel around the sunken tanks right from the beach or the resort for free.

Kanoa Resort? More like Kanoa No AC.
Horrible. The AC was malfunctioning all night we were being cooked alive. We called several times, the technician would come and do something totally useless and leave. The problem was never fixed. We could not get any sleep because of how hot the room was. I don't know why each room does not have a ac unit. There were stains in the toilet and bathtub and the elevator felt like it was breaking apart. Horrible experience, by far the worst hotel I've stayed in my life.

Excellent hotel for the price but lacks Internet..
Front desk was very nice, room was larger than expected, clean, and comfortable for my family of 5, EXCEPT there wasn’t any internet available. Every room should have internet available not just select rooms in the hotel. Also, there was a hot water kettle but no complimentary water, coffee or tea.

A SOLID DEAL, w/GREAT BEACH ACCESS & POOL>
Great location. Friendly staff. Multi Cultural guest from various Asian Countries! Good Beach BBQ with nightly dance & music entertainment. Awesome sunsets! Safe beach to wade and play on. Nice wading pool for kids. Okay adult pool for volleyball and small swimming laps. Good shopping. Parking. Easy to get just about anywhere from this beach resort. Huge lobby! And even a couple huge "Family Suites" for those traveling with kids like we were! Overall, a good stay; worth your own visit to check it out yourself and compared to many other hotels in U.S. Saipan Island. LEW~ p.s. There is NO free H20 & it's super expensive; so bring extra cash just for water consumption! Really.

The location of this hotel is perfect for business purposes. I quickly learned that they cater to more Asian/Chinese customers as those were the major/90% of the guests. Their customer service IS excellent and I could not ask for more. The rooms were fine but more a 2 star as it was outdated and needed repairs.
