Great staff , Great location
Excellent service from the staff . Reception is always well staffed , Always greeted with a smile , Great included breakfast , and free coffee all day . Great location for the station and only a short walk to Saitama Super Arena . Will definitely stay here again !

Great value for nice hotel in Omiya
Highly recommended! This was a clean, comfortable and nicely equipped hotel in Omiya. The room condition was excellent and everything worked well. The bed was firm but very comfortable. The breakfast was not 5 star but completely satisfactory and with healthy options. Omiya is a really great suburb with many shops and restaurants. I will stay again.

Comfortable hotel but crazy check in rules.
This was a very comfortable hotel in Omiya with a nice sized room and a good breakfast. The check in process is inconvenient though. We arrived at 3pm and had to pay an extra fee to check in 'early'!! Otherwise we would have to wait until 4pm even though our room was ready at 3pm. Even weirder, we were initially given keys to our room only to later be told that the reason the key wouldn't open our room door was because we had to pay extra before 4pm. All very odd...

The condition of the hotel was good and the area was great.However, The room stunk like cigarettes. I felt like I woke up with an ashtray in my mouth every morning. There was no indication that the room I rented was a smoking allowed when I booked it. Is it too much to make all rooms no smoking areas?
