Cheap and conveniently located
Cheap, conveniently located hotel w free breakfast. It's bare-bones, so if you're looking for comfort and/or luxury, this is not for you. If that doesn't matter to you, though, this is a good place to stay.

Great value!
Great location next to Iwatsuki Station, restaurants and grocery. Decent breakfast, great staff, breakfast lady excellent. Facilities are pretty good, clean and safe but the bed was a little harder than my preference. Overall very little to complain about and much to appreciate. I would definately return here.

Excellent location...50 m from Iwatsuki station on Tobu/Urbanpark line. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet place. Very clean and comfortable.

施設や設備は綺麗で、掃除も行き届いていました。エアコンの吹き出し口やシャワーカーテンもカビが無く清潔でした。 廊下を歩いていると室内の咳き込み等がダイレクトに聞こえてきて、居室時の周囲の騒音が心配でしたが、騒音も気になりませんでした。室内で過ごしていると同室の者が使用しているシャワーの給湯器？の機械音が響いて気になりましたが、それ以外は快適に過ごせました。スリッパは毎回消毒しているとのことで、不織布のスリッパは別途６５円で購入可とのことでしたが、始めから使い捨てを用意してもらえるとありがたいと思いました。 朝食は無料であの品数とボリュームでしたら、満足です。スタッフの方もみなさん、ハキハキと気持ちよくお仕事されていて、気持ち良かったです。エントランスが食事会場なのは少し落ち着かない感じもありました。機会があればまたお世話になりたいです。ありがとうございました。

　朝食は無料なので有り難いです。メニューも豊富になりとても嬉しいです！ そこで、１つだけお願い。お部屋に置いてあるコップがとても使い辛くて持っても落としてしまいます。そのため浴室のコップと交換して使う位ですので、一度確認して見て下さい。使い易いコップに変えてはどうでしょうか？

アメニティー（クレンジング、化粧水等、歯ブラシ、髭剃り、ブラシ、ドライヤー、パジャマなど）や施設内にコインランドリー（洗濯、乾燥、洗剤は30円）があり、近くにはスーパーもあって、身軽で泊まれます。また無料で朝食を頂けるだけでもありがたいのに、おかずや飲み物の種類が豊富で感動しました。細かいところまで目が行き届いたサービスにとても感謝しております。また駅の真横にあるのでホテルまで迷わず辿り着けたし、電車やタクシーを利用する際にも便利でした。（駅の東口から降ります）とてもオススメです。
