Everything was so convenient about this hotel and location. The staff were so attentive and could not help you enough. The first day we were there we went to breakfast and were escorted to a table with an amazing view of Fuji. Doesn’t get any better.

A really convenient location for all amenities, especially the train station. Staff were excellent and could not have been more helpful. Lovely breakfast with a view of Mount Fuji on clear days. Amazing. Would definitely return.

Clean and close to train station
Great service and clean hotel. Beds were very hard though and room was hot. They did bring us a fan but did not help that much. I would stay again though as the service was excellent and it was clean. Close to Urawa station.

Clean, modern, and comfortable hotel. Easy walking distance to the station and stores nearby. For A/C, you can't control the temperature in each room, but you can change the strength and turn on/off.

Front desk failed to provide English service. Room is full of dust. The room i booked should have 3 single beds, but at the end, what I got was a room with two single bed and one extra sofa bed. The room was far too small, not even enough for opening a suitcase. The parking area was toooo small and the rate was really high. Not recommended at all.

The hotel did not let us checked-in without our passport. We did not know that Passport is required upon checking in. We came in at 11 pm to checked in but did not let us stay even upon presenting our Military ID and SOFA and US drivers license.

Very nice hotel few minutes walk away from the Urawa train station This is a good place to stay to visit Saitama Urawa is also 17min away from Ueno (Tokyo) station by JR Train, making it a convenient stop

Nice place to stay, not too far from Tokyo
Very good hotel for the price, clean and quiet with good breakfast. Location is close to JR station. Room size is not too small, like ones in Tokyo.very friendly staffs with some English skill.
