Good location, but poor organisation
The location at the beachfront is very nice. The house is good as well. It fits 10 people nicely. It felt a bit strange at first that it's situated in a larger all inclusive resort, because we really don't like these resorts, but luckily it's situated all the way at the outskirt of the resort, so you don't have to see all of that
But, the organisation itself there drastically needs to be improved. Due to miscommunication by the staff, there was no pickup from the airport, the house was still a complete mess when we arrived. The kitchen was turned upside down and basically nothing was prepared for our arrival. The kitchen, although it would accommodate 10 people, only had 2 pans.
The subsequent communication with the onsite staff was very slow and they did not fix the problems fast
All of this can be easily fixed though. Maybe we just came at the wrong time? If they get this fixed, I would recommend it.
